They have always been very professional as well as friendly. I have never had a bad experience here with Mountain America.

Inside this branch is always a very long wait. So I walked inside. Saw the lines, stood there for a few minutes and then turn around and walked out. Got in my car. Drove around to the window and was helped in less than 1 minute. So I recommend you go to the drive up not inside the branch.

Good people willing to help. Service was completed in a timely manner.

I have never had a bad experience with my location of Mountain America. The tellers, drive through and those that help with loans are always so helpful. Great credit union!

I went in and spoke with a gentleman named Carlos he was very helpful with what i needed and stuff he is a kind person.

I called Member Services at nine am this morning asking if they could make a cashiers check from checking account at this branch and I could pick it up after I got off of work, which was their peak time. They said they could have it ready for me at the front desk if I brought in my picture ID. Today is not a day I could wait, as I work full time and had many errands to run right after I got off of work. After several hours of not seeing the funds withdrawn from my account, I called Member Services back who informed that the branch said they can't make my cashiers check from me and have it ready for pick up with valid ID. Mountain America as a financial institution is great. This branch should honor what they tell their members, and I am sorely disappointed in how the manager handled this concern of mine. I worked at another credit union for several years, and I know that it was our policy to honor what we told our members we do for them. Patrick Lyons, the manager wouldn't even speak to me on the phone to help resolve this. You bet that I am calling this into his higher ups to let them know how their members are being treated.

We were considering moving our accounts to America First because they are closer to our house. After a less than stellar experience at AFCU, we went to Mountain America. The customer service provided by Nelson convinced us to stay with MACU. Thank you!

Im am so impressed by the staff especially Shawn Lopez I've never given a 5 star but this man deserves one he is a really a good man looking out clients thank you.

I came into the branch to get a new card. Less then ten mins while I was there. This girl name Maya she was sooo helpful. Seriously was satisfied with everything, she was able to explain my express to me really simple. I am happy that I got her as my agent to help me.

I’d have to say this is one of the busiest branch that I’ve been to. But when it’s your turn to get helped definitely is on point. Naristondo not sure if that was his name but he helped me with my auto loan, credit card, and checking. In 3 days I’ve spoken to 2 chat live representative, 5 different representative and one loan officer over the phone trying to get something completed but always came to a roadblock. I almost gave up bc the customer service on the phone was ridiculous. Was tired of playing phone tags. Overall I’m grateful the branch was able to assist me.

This branch is amazing! Daysi helped me out to refinance my car and she was very professional. I will always come back to her for any future business because she is a great banker and person. Then the branch manager, John, followed up with me to make sure that I was taking care of and I respect him for that. Also, I wanted to give a shoutout to Raquel since she was the manager who invited me over to her branch to start the refinance process. I have known her for years and I know she is a very hard working person, I cannot wait until she becomes the next branch manager! Thank you MACU.

I’ve Ben waiting for my new card over an hour, I got told to wait 5 min to 10 minutes... an hour later I get told that my card wasn’t ready, that I had to sign again and get a new card. I am running’s late for my doctors appointment.... bad service. Then I got told the machine is down... what is this. Bad branch.
