I just opened an account there about a month ago. The teller that helped me was "getting practice" in with opening new accounts. I didn't mind helping her get some cross training at all and she just couldn't be more helpful and friendly. She let me know different accounts and bank services based on my situation and what they also offer for teens needing to start saving & learning how to manage their money. I wish I could leave her name here but I was so impressed after dealing with Chase Bank for years, I called and left feedback for her branch manager. She was great!

The inside is clean and looks nice. The lines take way to long. Staff seem to be standing around, no rush on anything. Paid by the hour, and you can tell.

I was there to make a payment on my Jeep. Julie told me about a free service where you guys will do it for me. I am in there every month to pay it but she was the first to offer it. Then she shared information on a Christmas CD and gave me a print out about it. I was on my lunch break so I needed to go but I plan on doing it and I'm gonna look for her. Everyone at that branch is nice but Julie seems interested in making things easier and BETTER for me and my money. She also thoroughly explains things. I didn't feel rushed like I sometimes do. I always get in her line when I'm there!!

I came to the bank to withdraw cash from the ATM after hours and the ATM said that is not something that I could do at this time at this location. So they have all my money in their bank and I cannot access it! There is not another location anywhere else near me and I was on my way to pay someone with the cash I had promised. How in the world can a bank have an ATM that has NO access to cash?!?!?!? Unheard of.

Tried to work with them for a car loan application, very poor communication and multiple times was told one thing and then told the opposite after the fact. Poor organization on their part led to my credit having to be run multiple times.

My application process went well for a Home Equity Loan. The Loan Officer told me that I didn't need to pay a couple of bills the following week because they were going to be paid off within the week with this loan. There seems to be a disconnect with the Loan Department and the Application Loan Officer. Evidently, this loan hasn't even been looked at, and I had to pay my bills (which one was late) that I was told not to pay. I am a little disappointed that the process is taking so long. There needs to be better communication between the person who takes the application and the Loan Department who approves it. Now, I have no idea how long it will really take.
