We have been with this branch almost 5 years now & I have been highly impressed with this branch as it has been a very professional & kind team of people that truly care for you & your family 👍

Tried 3 separate times to order business checks unsuccessfully. I still don’t have checks. Tried to setup merchant services with Steve there never got a quote or brochure about it after a 15 minute conversation with him. Tried changing the business name for my cards and checks and was told I had to be there in person. Every call I have made to this firm with regards to my small business account has been met with apathy and no sense of urgency or importance.

I have been into the Stansbury branch as well as the branch on 5600 west, and everytime they treat me amazing! Super friendly bankers and loan officers. AMAZING customer service by both branches. We had been with a "bank" for close to ten years before switching to a Credit union and it was the best decision. So friendly and always willing to help. The Branch on 5600 West is super busy, but they always have workers and managers that will assist you and let you know that they will be with you as soon as they can. I just like the fact that they notice you when you walk in.

Great customer service. I went in ti get a Cashiers Check & while there was a shirt wait, it was important to me that I was acknowledged as I got into line, from tge Frontline. All too often manners are a lost art in our world and it is the little things such as this that make a wait or an inconvenience bearable. I appreciate their customer service

I love MACU in Stansbury their so friendly 🥰 but yesterday I was kinna mad,🤦🏽‍♀️ I don’t know, maybe at the lady was helping me or myself 😃 so I went through the window, I gave the lady 2 mountain america envelopes, with money inside of course 😃 one has 4 thousand n the other 3 thousand. I swear I counted that money 10times before we went to the bank , it was 7 thousand, n when the lady told me 6,700 I was like no count it again, n she said I run it through the money machine, 3 time. I was thinking why you run it 3 times 🤷🏽‍♀️ N come n tells me it’s was 6700🤦🏽‍♀️. I’m not accusing her of anything, but maybe she drop it on the floor I don’t🤷🏽‍♀️. I went home, telling myself, I’m not crazy,I’m not crazy 🤦🏽‍♀️😩😁It’s my fault too for not count the money n give it to her. But other than that, I ❤️❤️❤️Stansbury MACU. 😃(sorry for the fob English)😂

I believe her name was Julie if I’m not mistaken. I needed to pull out money, specifically $600.00 the ATM only had a limit of $500.00 per day, I confused it with a transaction at a time. I did receive the receipt but not the money. I hung around 15 minutes until their lobby opened. I let them know I never received my $100.00 and Julie was soooo kind and understanding and took care of the matter immediately. I was so appreciative and grateful with the customer service !

I had time today while waiting 45 minutes to get a notarized paper so I thought I would leave a review. I have banked with Mountain American for several years now. Also with Wells Fargo. In general I prefer Mountain American. Customer Service is better and fees and and rates are quite good. But if time is important then bank with Wells Fargo. If you have to go to the physical bank at Mountain America and get something done Mountain America just takes “all day” plan twice as long as you actually need. Wells Fargo in the other hand will charge you for everything fee after fee after fee.

Great Credit union. Lots of locations, always easy to find one close by, lots of ATM's and member ATM's, to avoid charges. I almost always deal with real human beings, who are friendly,, for anything other than routine inquiries . Phone app and online interface are easy and functional. No complaints.

Went to this branch because it was close to my home, and then I remembered why even having them fact so close to my house I won’t go to this specific branch. Customer service is very poor, very unorganized, no one knows what they are doing. I came because there was a death in my family, and we needed it to take care of his account and close everything, not once there was an I am sorry for you loss, they were joking between them while helping me, it was just a horrible experience . Don’t know if it matters to anyone, but I personally will never go to this branch again .

They're always very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I really like Stansbury location folks. Make you feel valued as a customer.
