Bad customer service from Izaiah. I’m a new customer and had questions about paying loans online. Didn’t know how to really do it and I got frustrated so I said forget it and as I was leaving he mumbled something. I asked him what he said and he denied it saying he is wearing a mask. Very rude. Would give 0 if possible. If you have questions besides a normal deposit or withdrawal stay away from him!

Banking started alright however as I used my mobile app I repeatedly get locked out of my account. So I call they tell me to reset my password. I have done it three times and it continues to keep me out of my account by telling me I do not have an account and asking if I want to enroll. I have made sure my account number is right as well as each of the new passwords.... its not a user defect its a system defect one same because they have not yet fixed this problem and because I get the toss around when it comes to asking for help

I had to put one star to write a review I dont believe they deserve that . America first has let a third party customer tack extra money on my loan . I went in to ask about this and solve it and the manager there said directly to my face that I wasnt going to get any help or resolution . Once my loan is paid for I will.. be shutting this account down america first has given me the absolute worst customer service. I refuse to do any further business with them

I have never had as many issues with a bank in my life. I have been sitting in their waiting area for over forty minutes to finish signing some papers that my husband started. Instead of having me sign three papers they have me wait while they open some accounts. I will be taking my business to heritage west, as will my husband when our accounts are settled!!!!

They’ve always been professional and helpful in our experience! Love banking here!

Mountain America has 2 branches in Tooele county you guys don’t even have one real one cmon!

I just started banking with them about a year ago. And I have to say they are amazing! They helped me build up my credit for the first time and are honest with me if I can or can't afford certain things, and they help me come to a conclusion in the middle. Wonderful staff!

This place is unethical, dishonest and absolutely fraudulent. Out of the blue they doubled the payment and interest on my loan even though I had fulfilled all their requirements. They have done this to several people I know as well. The loan officer I worked with there doesn’t care that we are being treated unfairly. I’m filing suit and if anyone wants to join in who has been wronged by these people, it’s time to stand up to dishonest bankers.

wish I could give 0 stars! I have to use them due to my jet ski loan but SOOOOOOO glad I don't bank here. The place stinks to where it's almost unbearable. The staff is rude and doesn't even acknowledge you when you are standing there waiting and the ONLY customer. The feeling when you walk in is that you're a problem for being there

Hope they stay always as what they are right now... Good customer service.. Never turn me down specially when it comes from emergency situation...smile on there face put me on a 100% positive thinking. My #1 place to go to whenever I need help financially.. Thanks!!!
