Best.Bank.Ever! I can't say enough about what great service this bank has. I've banked at: Chase, Wells, BofA, Golden One and Safe and can never get personal service or help. Chris G and Vicken have always taken such good care of my personal, my business and my family's accounts. I wish I could send them gifts some times! They answer emails within hours, they help make life so much easier with all of their help and making things "go" instead of giving reason why they can't do things like other establishments. Appreciate this bank immensely!

We have been banking with Mountain America Credit Union now for a while. Since our first visit to the branch, we have encountered nothing but excellence in customer service. All the employees are wonderful, helpful and very professional!

Great bank with good customer service. I took away a star because they took away branch hours on Saturday morning from 9am - 1pm. That was really helpful for people who couldn’t make it to the bank during the week.

Only suggestion Allpoint atm network. Allpoint atm is in drug stores and other businesses. Mountain america already has the Moneypass network. Because of the Moneypass network I will be a member for life. Moneypass and Allpoint second to none atm networks. Very best credit union or bank in Reno. Second to none. Moneypass atm network you can use some bank atms. Very best credit union in Reno Sparks area. They have Visa Signature credit cards also. Signature is the better card. Moneypass and Visa Signature a winning combination. I love Mountain America and Moneypass and Visa Signature. Maybe one day I might apply at Mountain America for a job. Very best credit union in Northern Nevada. Only suggestions Allpoint atm network and a branch in Denver. Keep up the excellent work

I am using the Damonte branch office. I was leaving my bank in Southern California and picked Mountain America to move every thing,' In a short period of time I had my checking and Saving set up in one visit, That included getting debit card and credit card. I then decided to move my loan on my wife's car from BofA as well, more for convince. But i even ended up saving money by getting a lower interest and they did all the leg work for me. Will the manager and his staff are all great, you want good service and a great place to bank that is full service this is the place. I even decided to start a trust for the family here.

Brian is the best loan guy around! He's extremely fast and knowledgeable. I have convinced friends and family to use him as their loan officer and they say, He's the best banker they know!

***Do not use Macu ATMs to deposit cash*** MACU is skimming money from their customers through atm cash deposit. They admitted their atm is broken and malfunctions on cash deposits, are aware of the issue, have no plan in action to correct, and refuse give customers their cash back after the malfunction of their machine! Not to mention, deposits the money to incorrect accounts! Over $1k in cash was deposited at the atm in Sparks last week and the machine "ate" it. The tellers and customer service refuse to issue cash refund or full deposit to account after many disputes, drives to the bank, and calls to customer service. The entire ordeal has been a nightmare and they are over all unhelpful and have an attitude of oh well, your problem, not ours. They finally reviewed atm video and confirmed the deposit was made but now are refusing to issue the entire deposit, still holding a portion of the cash hostage. After being burdened with the theft of over $1k from them, more disputes will ensue, a report to BBB in hopes this doesn't happen to anyone else, a search for a new financial institution, and possibly legal action if not reimbursed for every single cent they stole. I urge you to go elsewhere. In over 30 years of banking, I've never experienced such blatant criminal conduct from a financial institution.

Seriously the BEST bank you will ever bank with. Friendly, efficient, always putting their customers first. I never have issues getting things done or questions answered whether talking with the local banker or after hours customer service. Easy, convenient, NO HEADACHES. I cannot say enough about this bank and I always say how much I love banking with MACU. They have really great perks as well like borrowing from overdraft protection in case of emergencies. I use to bank with Wells Fargo and Greater Nevada CU and BY FAR this bank is the best!

Amazing. Just tried to open a checking account and wanted me to make an appointment. The teller said she will try to see if her manager can help me as I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes as customer after customer came in and left. I was still sitting there got tired got up left guess I'll just take my business elsewhere.
