My boyfriend has a loan through this company. He got in a wreck and the insurance company deemed the wreck a total loss and made a payout on it but he still owed $4,300 to the finance co. I got Power of Attorney because he was incarcerated from the wreck and tried to help him resolve the issue so he didn’t come home to mess and to save his credit. I called there with the intention of straightening everything out and resume making payments and Torie the Finance Manager was so rude that I won’t even deal with them. They can forget it. He will have to deal with her when he gets out. Wow terrible customer service whereas the insurance company has gone above and beyond to help me resolve the matter. I don’t do business with ppl like her.

I’ve dealt with Angela in the past and she was great but no longer with this company. Here lately I’ve not been able to make a payment and have been charged late fees because they can’t answer their phones. Today it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full…

Airport Auto sales are the best, they always have did what is take to make sure I was good, I am paying my car off now and never had a problem with the people who worked there, any issues I have they take care of it ASAP, I love these people once I pay my car off, I am getting another car from these people, they are the best 💯❤️😁😁😁

I enjoy dealing with Angela but lately I cannot get them on the phone to make a payment for singe odd reason...

We have never had any issues and when I call in to make a payment the lady is always nice to me. I'm not sure how they react to late/short payments because we have been blessed to always have our payment in on time or early. I will say they tell you upfront when you purchase that there is no grace period and they will cut the vehicle off until payment is made. That is the way they operate and you sign and agree to that upon your purchase!

The worst people in the world here ....they over price there vehicles and they don't have a SHUT OFF BUTTON ....THEY CANNOT SHUT UR CAR OFF ITS ALL LIES AND TORY IS THE BIGGEST LIAR THER AND AMANDA IS TOO ...THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND I PROMISE U UR MONEY IS BETTER OFF BEING THROWN DOWN A TOIELT THSN TO HAVE A PIECE OF JUNK CAR and did not answer t phones for weeks and then come and take ur car ??? Bc they can't do there job we get late fees and our cat taken bc of them not answering a phone pls don't buy a car from them or airport auto

Do not buy or loan anything from them!!! They are the worst !!! Me and my husband have been struggling to make ends meet since I've been on maternity leave and we were like a week late with our payment and they shut our van off.. The only reason we were late of is cause we had to move out of our apt with the roof sinking in and our landlord wouldnt do anything about it ..they would get more business if they worked with people a lot more ..and they are very rude...

Its was the hardest thing in my life!! The main girl tori got a lot to do.with it!! Threaten to come get my truck over $75 late payment! Then when it was payed off, she held my title for 3 months, and kept making excuses on why my title took so long! I finally had to cuss both them out, and had tell them I'm get a lawyer and file a civil suit against them. So 15 mins later i finally had my title paid it off end of Feb 2018 l, and just got my title jun 13, 2018. Just damn horrible she is

They definitely take advantage of folks when they are down. I agree with Tori being hateful to customers, made me almost walk away before the deal was done. This is what I get for not listening to my gut.
