She then arranged a conventional loan under better terms than I would have received with the VA. The process was simple, and the Document Portal was easy to use. Melanie kept informed of any changes, additional information needed, and worked with the mortgage company to get me the mortgage which exceeded my target amount of monthly savings. I was never out-of-the-loop, and there were no surprises. Closing was simple too, and only took a half hour. Ms. Frederick is highly recommended for those who wish to obtain a mortgage or to refinance.

Mel Frederick was and is the best!!!!! This lady was so patient with my more than anxious (annoying lol) husband. She answered ALL texts and calls!
