My husband and I worked with Teresa at Motto Mortgage for the purchase of our new home in Berlin. We were referred to Teresa through our realtor. Our entire experience with Teresa and Joe was phenomenal. We had purchased a home in the past and had used a different lender that we were content with but this time around we were extremely impressed. Teresa is A1 top notch consultant. Always responded to my questions during 4 months before finally finding house…. even on Sundays! Also refinanced a primary mortgage with her as well. Motto handled my cash out refi, and I had to deal with multiple people, but Teresa was the best. (The attorney they used was excellent too) Teresa always made me feel like I could call her with any questions. She never left me in the dark about anything and helped me understand the things that were not clear.
