Jeanine O’Donnell’s is for sure the BEST insurance agency in Delaware. Jeanine and her Agents truly make you feel welcome, cared for, and thoroughly educated. For being new to insurance, it was easy for me to assume what I would and wouldn’t need. I was so very wrong. Her and her agents helpful and caring professional guidance is second to none. Joined State Farm after having a positive experience with another State Farm agency who had a client who damaged one of our cars. Since joining this agency we have used their bluetooth module that monitors your every movement as long as you have the tracking mode set. We have had no accidents or tickets for years and years and likewise never a homeowners claim ever. They first raised our Homeowners coverage after one year claiming that the cost of goods and labors have increased. Understandable. Now with a perfect driving record they are raising our auto insurance claiming that they need to be able to pay claims as they promised as a result of increased claim coverage by less than stellar drivers. We are not among those who have caused them to increases coverage costs and it is totally unfair and unjustified to punish those who have been faithful in maintaining a safe driving record to be punished for those who do not and then to ask for a positive review and tell two 75 year olds they can take a Defensive Driving course for an extra 10% discount. An absolute insult and utter lunacy and well above unfair. If they have claims increasing then punish those who commit the offenses. Not those who do not. I found their request for a positive review on this forum after providing an unjustified increase in Insurance to cause me great consternation and fault the agency in believing they are justified in their proposals. Inept to say the least. No your not that great and what you’re doing is unequivocally unfair. I do not recommend State Farm and this is just one more example of why State Farm is among the 10 worst Insurance Companies to deal with.

Great service! I requested a Homeowner's Declaration Page online for my reverse mortgage application on a holiday (01/17/2022) and received it by email before 11AM the next day. Wonderful service from Gabby Costello!

I had insurance with another company and I received my renewal and it went up $400.00 so I called them to discuss. It took over a week for someone to call me back. I decided to call other companies and called State Farm. The very nice lady who took my information and assured me someone would call me back and WOW 30 minutes later I had the pleasure of talking with John Peterson. He was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns and was very helpful. He called me back when he said he would!!! The price I paid is a good value but the service I received was OUTSTANDING. Thank you John for a job well done. It is people like you that will keep me with State Farm.

I spoke with Gary Thursday, December 23rd in reference to a new vehicle which at some point in the future would be added to my present policy. I knew the vehicle would arrive in the next few weeks so Gary went ahead and provided me with a quote and advised of increasing limits since it was a new vehicle. I called today, Monday, December 27th to let Gary know I would be picking up the vehicle this afternoon he had all the paperwork ready, emailed & I returned within minutes. Awesome Customer Service (which I am a stickler on lol!!) love my State Farm family!!!

I recently received an online quote for an auto policy with State Farm, shortly after I was in contact with John Peterson. I am absolutely satisfied with the care and attention that was put in to the process of opening an auto policy with State Farm. John was very quick to answer all questions I had and to explain the benefits of coverage I did not have with my prior company. I was left feeling very comfortable and that the right decision had been made in choosing to make the switch.

Gary guided us to the coverage and policies that were RIGHT for US. He never pushed but he did make clear how the decisions we were making could or would affect us. Gary Schofield at Jeanine O'Donnell's State Farm Office quickly helped us this getting a DE Auto Policy for another vehicle while we were standing at the window at DMV ready to pay for the Titling/ Registering our Honda Truck. Gary was able to confirm that we have State Farm Ins. on another car with their office, thus he was able to email me the Temporary Auto Identification Cards within 10 minutes, which allowed us to complete our transaction at DMV.
