Tanya and Lacey helped us make informed decisions throughout the process, kept us in the loop while the market fluctuated day to day, and were always willing and able to answer our questions. Even when we had hiccups with the closing company and mobile notary at the eleventh hour, they were there to straighten it all out and help us close. 5 stars are not enough for DeFalco/Romack.

As first time home buyers the process can seem a little scary and overwhelming; but the DeFalco/Romack Team made the process a walk in the park. Walking into their office we had no idea what to expect or what the process consisted of. We spoke about goals and dreams for our future home and set up a plan of attack to reach these goals. In a matter of months we found a home, completed all paperwork and documents and moved into our new home . All I was hoping for was a good rate and not to be too miserable during the process. What I received was quite remarkable.
