Very difficult to get to drive through. Parking sucks for the store. My bank will fill out your slip really fast for you to speed up the process. Never had a good experience at Bank of America. This is why we don’t use this bank.

Could not be more disappointed with the service of this company’s communication and professionalism. Be very careful choosing this company to lend you money for your home. 2 extensions to close and not whiling to take responsibility for any problems, they just wanted to pass the buck. If I could do this all over again I would have considered Snohomish Bank of America zero times. If you go down this rabbit hole I wish you the best of luck.

Beware of Karen Skelly. She works at Snohomish and Monroe branches. She seems very friendly and knowledgeable but do not fall into this trap. She obviously has no clue in what she's doing and she's irresponsible on top of that. We brought the documents that were enough to tell whether we are eligible for the service we were interested in and yet she did credit checks - for nothing, thank you very much. Then she simply disappeared for weeks and didn't answer emails, phone calls and voice messages. We had to call to the manager of the branch to get hold on her and finally get an answer that we are not eligible - again, the answer was based on the original documents we brought to the appointment. Appalling service.

SLOW drive thru at Snohomish. And why can't you use the deposit slips that come with your checks.....
