Motto Mortgage Borrowers First Interstate 45 N, Spring

I love these guys. I had been hem-hawing, not wanting to refinance even though I really needed to because my interest rate was on the high side. I just didn’t wanna deal with the time investment and any complications. However, Motto mortgage reviewed my home value, my interest rate and showed me how I was just throwing money away. They walked me through the process in a way I understood and was comfortable with. Milly took really good care of us. She stayed on top of things and I was able to refinance my home in three weeks. It was very painless. I waited for nothing. Thank you so much Milly and Motto mortgage for helping me through this and helping me to save a load of money. I even shorted my loan period and I pay slightly less.

I have done 1 purchase and 2 refinances with Motto Mortgage. The process was smooth and efficient and the rates offered were .5% than market rates. One of my refinances was an investment property , rental which I received a fix rate of 2.875%

We attempted to use this company for a construction loan. The builder we're working with was incurring a 12,000 admin fee that this lender advised him to pass on to us. He refused and communicated what had happened and also indicated he had never experienced this before. Additionally, when it was all said and done- they refused to process the loan because they said they could not get referrals for the builder. We know for a fact this is not true. We would not recommend this company and believe their actions were unethical and dishonest. In response to the individual below- yes- I understand that you were facilitating a loan between us and and an investor group but your company was processing this and in fact did pose a 12,000 FEE to our bldr for admin fees and in fact suggested that he pass that cost on to us. So- that is legitimately shady in our opinion.
