I had a great buying experience at Motorcars Toyota. Derick Calixto was a great salesman to work with. He was laid back and allowed me to determine how things moved along. They worked with me on all my requests for test drives, having my mechanic look it over, and addressing any small issues I had. Matt, the finance guy, was friendly, professional, and efficient. Great people, great atmosphere, and great sales department. We walked right in and we’re immediately greeted by Derick who was readily available without us setting up an appointment. He helped me out tremendously and was very reasonable when helping me get the truck that I wanted. Had the worst experience purchasing a car here after having the car for 2 weeks I was told to bring it back because the loan didn’t go through the finance department had lied to the bank hoping they would finance me. Do not recommend highly unprofessional and I had to fight with them to fix stuff on the that went wrong the moment I drove it off the lot. I also gave Brunswick automart the exact same papers I gave you guys which showed the amount my insurance company paid out and was able to get a car with them with no problem
Precious, the problem was that your car that was totaled was not paid in full. We gave you two weeks to work this out with your bank and show us proof the vehicle was paid off. When you could not provide this, the bank would not approve the loan.

I was approved for a vehicle that was not on the lot as of yet and said it would be there in a week. Waited a week and heard nothing from my sales rep or anybody. Reached out and the sales rep I spoke with said they couldn’t track the vehicle and they would let me know more info soon. Rest of the day went by and no call back. Ended up going to Kia of Bedford where I was approved and had keys in my hand in less than a hour. Horrible customer service on Toyotas end, how do you have a customer who is waiting on a vehicle to come in that they are approved for and you don’t keep in contact to update them if it’s on the way or if there are any issues.

Don’t go. I have the worst experience buying a car here. They changed the price right at the time you step in the store, seller had bad attitude and very unprofessional. The pic we saw online is great but there is actually problem with the front bump and they told us we have to take it by ourself. I gave one star cuz there is no negative one I can pick. Don’t go.

I came in with a friend , she had an appointment to purchase a vehicle .. upon waiting I decided that I might actually want to purchase a car too , so I looked for a sales rep who wasn’t busy and asked them if they could help me. Why not knock two birds out with one stone. I thought it was really weird and unprofessional of him to tell me he had to ask his manager if he can help me . He went to ask the manager and the manager told him NO because I came in with a friend who already had an appointment with a specific sales rep. Granted I have nothing to do with my friends appointment, I didn’t even speak to the rep, but I still was not able to be serviced due to the fact, which makes no sense to me ! Terrible service

For over 5 years my family and friends are custumers (for life). Great custumer service from A to Z. Stephanie Kariotakis is the person you want in your corner, easy going, big heart, she helped us find the car we want, walked us through the entire process, offered additional options and went the extra mile and got us a surprise gift. it was super helpful that her response time during her working hours was swift and with available solutions. It was even more helpful for us that we could reach her via txt mesages, cause we didn't had time/constant noise around us. If there are any special offers or something you can get for your car, Stephanie will make sure you will get all the care you need. The best experience I ever had, recommend to anyone. Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Heights are very focused on the customer care and I love it. I did try to shop around but every time I will get back, as they say "customers for life".

On September 17th I assisted my 90 year old mother in buying a used car. Her Toyota had lasted nearly twenty years so in theory this would be her last vehicle. Mom purchased her previous car through Toyota Motorcars and has had it serviced there regularly. She recently purchased a 2013 Corolla S with 62k miles for just over $13k. In addition we purchased the top available warranty plan so we felt all bases were covered. Within 50 miles warning lights on her dashboard started appearing. The first light was a low tire pressure alert, no big deal accept that I filled the tire and within two weeks the light was on again. By 200 miles multiple engine warning lights were coming on and now the brakes were making a grinding noise. I disconnected the battery which seemed to reset the dashboard alerts but the brakes were still a concern. Mom scheduled a service appointment with the guy she'd been dealing with forever at Toyota Motorcars. The tech checked the car out and gave me a $1300 estimate to fix a warped rotor and brake drum in addition he was recommending new tires. So... less than 90 days and 285 miles later and after purchasing a $2600 warranty that would cover almost anything on a vehicle that was sold as 'extremely dependable,' here we are. It turns out that service had recommended that sales fix the brakes and replace the tires prior to our purchase. The gentleman in service said there was nothing he could do and that I would need to speak with Roberto, the used car manager, here we go... I asked Roberto why a vehicle was sold to my 90 year old mother in mid September with bad brakes and tires yet was said to be 'extremely dependable' Long story short Roberto offered a full refund of the purchase. I made plans to bring mom and meet Roberto at around 10:00am the following Monday. We show up at 10:00am but Roberto is in a meeting but will be done in a few minutes. At 11:00am luckily Derek, the new car manager was able to help. Mom was able to return this 'lemon' as she called it but it still costed her $1500, so much for a FULL refund. When you don't have much it's a good bit of money. We never did see Roberto, I'm sure this isn't Toyota Motorcars finest moment.

Amazing experience leasing a vehicle from this dealership. I contacted them through an online form found on their website and within 15 minutes I had someone contact me. They got me to where I wanted to be for pricing and had me fill out all the paperwork necessary before I ever stepped foot in their dealership. When I showed up for delivery, the car was up-front and ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in under 20 minutes. Very professional employees at this dealership. Great experience working with sales staff at Toyota Motorcars! Combination of Pat and Stephanie made my visit quick and easy. I just stopped in during my last oil change as my old lease was expiring, and made a deal on a new lease on the spot!! Days later, I returned my old lease, and drove off in a new 2021 4Runner! I would definitely recommend either of them.

I brought my car in for service. It had something like 10,000 miles left before going out of warrantee. They kept it for about two weeks, "waiting for a part" from Cincinnati. When I got it back, it was out of warrantee. Update: Sorry, we won't be resolving this off-line. Customers need to know when businesses engage in questionable practices.

My family has bought over 8 cars at this dealership since 2005. Lately, the buying experience has really been horrible. I walked in and was met by sales rep Ken. I told him I was looking for a used RAV4 and wanted to be under $27,000. He had no clue what inventory the dealership even had. He pulled up his phone and started looking online for used cars at the dealer website. When I asked if there was an inventory list I could look at he told me to do it on my phone on the website. I was taken back and said I could have done this at home instead of coming to see you. Then he offered to take me back and look at it on a computer. Not any better, but we did. We saw a car we liked and decided to walk to the car to look at it. He walked a mile ahead of us and we walked past a few cars that he didn't even know he had on the lot. At that point I questioned if he even knew what he was doing. Then he just walked up and down the lot looking for any Rav4, by himself, a mile ahead of us. Unhelpful. Frustrated, I picked one I thought I was interested in and said let's talk numbers, again I got no where with him. It wasn't until the sales manager Derek came along and realized that my family had been a loyal customer for years, only then did I get better treatment. The next day I went to mentor Nissan and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, offered coffee, asked questions to understand what I was looking for, shown many options and even offered a great price. I bought the SUV the same day. I know that management is good at motorcars Toyota, but I would not recommend Ken as your sales rep. Absolutely not helpful and rude. If I decide to buy another car from this place hopefully I will get treated like we used to.

The staff at Motorcars Toyota are all super friendly and helpful. I purchased a 2019 Corolla, the buying experience was very easy, they listened to what i wanted and worked to make it happen. I've brought it back for regular maintenance and a couple recall services. There was an issue with one of the recall repairs, I called, they told me I could bring it in right now, I did, they took care of it and had me on my way within a couple hours. Fantastic experience, and I would recommend getting your next car from them!

Ivy Vernell made the process so smooth! Excellent customer service. She made sure I understood everything ever step of the way. She wasn't just trying to get the sale but she makes sure that the customer gets exactly what they want. As far as the time spent inside the dealership ... I was in and out in about an hour.... And you all know how long it usually takes when you go into a dealership to get financed. They didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot so being it was the Christmas/New Years holiday I had to wait a few days so she could get the exact interior and exterior colors plus features. Great job!!! During my wait I had a little unfortunate accident and she delivered my vehicle to my home and drove my trade in back to the dealership for me... Wow!! This sales lady was awesome! I purchased a car when they also owned Motorcars Honda. I paid for scratch and dent protection. About 4 months after getting my car, I noticed some scratches and inquired about getting them fixed. They gave me the run around for months saying the scratch was too big, it wasn't covered, that I had to call SafeRide...all of which were lies. When I confronted them about it they said Foundation Honda (who was buying Motorcars) had all the paperwork and hadn't filed it yet. I take the issue up with Foundation Honda (who gave me the run around too) and find out Motorcars never filed the paperwork and Foundation never even saw the documents, and because my contract was with Motorcars claimed they couldn't do anything. I take the issue up with Motorcars Toyota (same team, my docs are still on file, they know what's up because Foundation called them about the issue) and they say that it's not their responsibility and that they don't even have my documents on file. After more running around and pressing the issue, they say they can give me a partial refund and cancel the service. Which I am still trying to figure out how they can do without my documents on file. I told them I want a full refund including what I already paid towards it because I never received any of the services and no one was willing to honor the contract. They said they'll work something out and will get back to me, assuring me that they will fix it (I had been up there three times at this point). Then I get a text out of the blue saying they can't help me. TL;DR Don't trust them. You will be lied to. Double check every. single. thing. they tell you and make sure all of the paperwork is filed with the appropriate entities. If anything is amiss, immediately escalate to management or other entities. Don't let them give you the run around like they did to me. I expected a dealership to try to make me overpay for a car but I did not expect to be lied to repeatedly to my face. They lied so much and so blatantly, I just found it to be extremely disrespectful after a certain point.

Joy Taylor sold us our car - she was super helpful in helping get everything resolved. We purchased the car online (lived hours away) but we were able to put a deposit down and have all the details figured out by the next day. We paid a little extra to have our car delivered to us and there was some miscommunication and hiccups in that process due to the broker who was shipping the car, but Derek Roberts helped get everything sorted out and we received the car about a week after we had purchased it.

This is the worst Toyota car service ever. Just after I bought my brand new Toyota Siena (At 5000 miles), I had a major mechanical issue. I had to leave the vehicle at the service facility for few weeks until they find a solution. During that time they have used the vehicle and caused damage to the body in several places. They even tried to fix one of the damages in the rare of the van by heating up the body. They never told me about it and screamed at me after questioning. Even after complaining with the owner he just sent a mobile service person just to fix one of the small damages. This is really unacceptable and everyone should aware about my worst experience. I will never use this service again and I highly recommend you to take pictures of the body before you leave your vehicle at this place (If you really want to use their service). I honestly recommend not to use this service.
Mr. Senadheera, we did not drive your van. This was verified by the odometer mileage when you dropped it off and picked it up. You also crashed the rental van we provided you and refused to pay for the damage. We followed Toyota Motor Sales guidelines on fixing your vehicle. I am sorry that it took longer than expected for the repair. We sent a company out to fix the body damage on your vehicle as a good faith gesture. We both discussed how it would not have been possible for us to damage your vehicle based on where it was parked on our lot.

Our sales rep went well and above our expectations! We met in the parking by accident as she was in the middle of closing up shop. Clearly she had stepped outside only for the moment because it was unseasonably cold and she was not dressed for the weather. She patiently answered our questions, was not hurried in her responses and we had to assure her we would follow up at our earliest conscience. Throughout the process she was attentive, not pushy, extremely helpful and very easy to work with. All of this has continued well after the sale. Others could learn a lot from her. Second time I have purchased a car from Motorcars and pretty sure I will be back again. The staff has always been great to work with, no pressure, no unwanted calls or emails in pursuit of a sale, just friendly people that know what they are doing. I visited 4 other Toyota dealers in the area and no one can compare to what Motorcars offers. I have worked with Stephanie Kariotakis on both occasions and she is an absolute delight and she will be the first person I contact when buying a new car.

The seatbelts in the back row of my car started fraying at the spot where they retract into the car. Since my car was still under the original manufacture warranty, I took my car into the dealership MotorCars Toyota to get the seatbelts replaced under the warranty. MotorCars Toyota says the seatbelts fraying is likely caused by a children's car seat and since the car seat is an outside source they don't consider this a parts defect and they won't replace the seat belts under warranty. Corporate Toyota offered to cover the cost of the actual parts but I would cover the labor. I just had the seatbelts replaced and they wanted to charge me $822.65 for something that took them less then two hours. When I asked why so much, the rep said "it is a 6 hour job, just because our techs can get it done quickly, why should we lose out".

This was my first new-car purchase and I was being very specific about the model, color and packages I wanted on my RAV4. For over two weeks I was calling every dealership in a 300 mile radius from my house and I was either getting the runaround or they wouldn’t follow up as they’d promised. I decided to expand my search and found the perfect one in Motorcars Toyota. Keep in mind I live in Washington, DC and if I had to do this process all over again I wouldn’t change a thing. From my first call with Jim I could tell he wasn’t just trying to make a sale, but to actually help me to feel great about the purchase. He was very thorough over the phone and explained every one of my million questions diligently - I asked a lot! Not once did I feel like I was burdening him. His customer service skills and kindness kept impressing me. From the moment I landed in Cleveland until I drove away in my new car I felt welcomed by everyone, they were extremely cognizant of my time and even followed up with me to make sure I made it home ok after a 6 hour drive. If you’re looking to buy a Toyota and you’re exhausted of talking in circles with other dealerships just do yourselves a favor and go see Jim Coleman and the rest of the crew over at Motorcars. The People here were super friendly and helpful, and the used cars (which I was looking at) were all completely clean and detailed and most were in terrific shape, I looked at 5 or 6 cars between the Toyota and Honda lots, and not a one had a check engine light on. Their prices were competitive and their selection plentiful. I had a great experience at this dealership. The sales associates I worked with were Mario Hurd and Ken Mack, both of whom were very helpful and knowledgeable. The finance Manager I dealt with was Ryan Barksdale, he walked me through all the paperwork, and made everything very easy to understand. I highly recommend this dealership, I went to several around the east and west side and this one by far had the best people and best cars available in the greater Cleveland area.

Good experience overall! Joy Taylor was extremely helpful and energetic. She was prompt to provide cars as per my requirement and helped in every way right from offering beverages to assisting in Test drive. She went beyond to take me to their Service area to inspect the base of the car. Look for her for excellent service if you step in there. However, I was disappointed with the Finance guy Syed (most probably correct name) out there. He speaks well but gave me papers in worst of printouts ever possible! In fact, he ignored even after drawing his attention to that. This was not expected from a good dealership.

This used to be the better place where I, friends & my family used to buy and maintain our vehicles over years,not anymore, disjointed work force in their service unit. Having spent over $4,000 on two vehicles over the last two months, I took in my Toyota Sienna for a rear wiper repair, I was told to come get it after two days, after which nothing was done but to my surprise, they messed up my radio settings and nothing was working. I had to take it back on my scheduled appointment date and still they had no way of fixing the original problem, the advisor told me I will have to drop the van (business van) again, pay for the parts and no loaner’s car will be given. It however took them over an hour to get the message across after waiting with the hope of getting everything fixed as initially advised but only got the radio they messed up fixed. I will recommend to people who like wasting their precious time and have no job to do.

In late January, 2022, I was involved in an automobile accident that totalled the Honda Civic purchased 5 years ago from the Honda dealership across from Motorcars Toyota. This is a dealership from which my first car was purchased, in 1987. Purchased a Mazda 5 from Toyota Motorcars in 2014. Every car ever purchased (except for one) has come from either one of these dealerships. While in the in the process of finding another used car, I approached Motorcars Toyota and came in contact with a wonderful, kind person named Michael Sayre, Sales and Service Coordinator for the dealership. He offered to pick me up from home at my convenience to test drive cars, something that I truly appreciated. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase a car from my favorite dealership due to cost however what stunned me was the fact that Mr. Sayre reached out to me and congratulated me on the purchase of my new used car, even though I did not get it from Motorcars Toyota (due to the limited amount l had to spend).To me, that was stunning, but also it was the epitome of wonderful, dedicated, heartfelt customer service. I truly appreciate Mr. Sayre and how texting back and forth truly made an extremely difficult time bearable because of his kindness, generosity, and concern. Please patronize this dealership. I was in a position where my car was totaled and needed to buy a new car asap. I chose this location because they have a decent selection. I did not want a brand new car, I wanted a used car within my budget. I understand the risks with buying used vehicles but literally a week after I bought it, the rear end began squeaking. To their credit, they inspected it for free however, it turns out the rear shock absorbers are shot, and quoted me $600 in repairs, 2 weeks into owning the car. Didn't offer any discounted services though I would think that if they really inspected their cars, the issue would have been fixed before it was sold. When I was shopping around for used vehicles the sales team and management seemed very "ignorant" about things like smoke smell, cracked windshields, and upholstery damage. Seems like a lot of small details get "overlooked" or intentionally ignored. Though the sales person I interacted with was nice, I won't be back. If you're in the market for a used car, tread carefully. Shop around if you have the time!

Toyota had a recall on batteries that were installed by outside shops because the wrong specs were provided by corporate. I just spent $160 replacing a battery two weeks ago and they “offered” $30 off a new battery instead of replacing my new battery at no cost. They said it was not a safety concern but asked me to sign a waiver that stated the current battery could result in a vehicle fire. I declined signing said waver. I love my RAV4 but will not be purchasing another Toyota from Motorcars.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The service was terrible, the management was terrible, no one communicated.they made assumptions based off of appearances and not actual information. They told my husband he didn't qualify, even though he did meet qualifications, their words and told him they couldn't give him a car but could give him a better job then his extra part time job as a youth coach (more of a passion project) and that they could get him a car that way😡.Then the a service woman calls my husband back 2 days later because they were trying to figure out why he didn't buy a car and told us to come in. They could get him something really nice. But when we got there, they showed us these 2 terrible cars, both needed jumps, one had a flat tire, the other one needed body work and had a bullet hole in the door, and they tried to sell each of them for 7000 dollars, and told us we needed to put 2000 dollars down.I don't know about you, but that's not a really nice car to me and we've already stated that we have 2 kids, nothing about either one of these cars was safe. And when we talk to them wouldn't let us talk to management. All they did was pass the blame and say, I had nothing to do with this. I had nothing to do with that, please do not waste your time, go to another dealership.

Torres Hickerson is awesome! I had to shop for a vehicle because my truck was totaled in an accident. I owned my vehicle (Lexus RX 330) for more than 12 years and I LOVED it! I was crushed when I learned it was unrepairable and not looking forward to the "vehicle shopping experience". By the time I walked into Motorcars Toyota I was annoyed. Torres walked up to us and introduced himself and asked how he could help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. I liked him immediately. After we decided to purchase the vehicle, Torres made the process smooth and stress free. I still don't like car shopping, but if you have to I highly recommend Torres Hickerson as a salesman:-)

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE FROM HERE, I Financed my vehicle with them on 02/10/2022 The vehicle had so much pet hair in the interior I asked if they would clean and they did not. I had Ed who told me about their tire & wheel warranty that he made seem like it came with my car purchase but it did not, it was $1,100 additional. So I woke up with a flat tire on March 24 & I filled it with air & took it to the service department where Melanie made me aware that all of my tires were bad 3 @ 3/32 & 1 4/32 and brought me an $1,095 bill I told her that i had not even had my car 45 days. I gave her my warranty for tire and wheel she then took it to the manager and told me they would not be able to patch it or replace it. I then asked how when I have the warranty and I just bought it from you. Melanie said that the tire was so thin they would try to patch it. They did not replace the tire but they did patch it. I paid for my warranty it should have been replaced and why would you sell a car for $38,000+ with bad tires that is a safety hazard and then say I bought it as is but that was not disclosed at the time of my financing. It’s bad and unfair business

They take forever here. Plan to wait. The wife had already bought a car from here and we were just there to pick it up. Still took over two hours. And the place was pretty much empty because they don't have any cars to sell, haha. Just plan on waiting if you head here. And I pretty much hate dealerships anyway and this one fits in with all the rest.

These people sold me a car they didn’t own/didn’t have the title to. I spent many hours on the phone trying to resolve this and got no help from the dealership. Eventually, after being pulled over multiple times, I paid off the car in full to expedite the title transfer process and put myself in a huge financial hole. Bad bad bad

We visited a few Toyota dealerships prior to visiting this one. Our experience at Toyota Motorcars was fantastic. We were greeted upon arrival and asked if we wanted a bottle of water, simply to look around, or talk to someone. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wildly different than other dealerships where you sign in with a receptionist and hope that a salesman graces you with their presence from behind an intimidating office. Ask for Igor and he will welcome you like family. No pressure or hard sales tactics. A different salesman also stopped by to see if our kids wanted to watch a Disney movie. All in all. Very impressed. I took a picture of the entrance to show you the difference. Notice the red direct phone to the owners? I dare you to find another dealership that cares enough about your experience. We love our purchase and plan to be here for life.

Best experience EVER buying a car. Great communication, well maintained dealership and no surprises from start to finish. Torres, Syed, Joel and the other staff were very accommodating. They picked me up from the airport 30 minutes away as well. It gets better....the owner Matt even took the time to call and ensure all was well with the car and to thank me for my business. You don't see this nowadays. I'd highly recommend them if you're in the market to purchase your next vehicle.

It's very comfortable to leave your car with them overnight or they make waiting a treat with the luxurious waiting room. The technicians provide a valued service and all their work is Toyota certified which is a relief of stress when having your car worked on. I love coming here and they even offer public wi-fi. I don't trust any other mechanics as much as I trust the Toyota specialists.

Purchased Toyota Highlander in July 2021. At the time of purchase I was told that I will be receiving the car title in couple of weeks. It’s been 45 days now, even after rigorous follow up, the title is not sent to me yet by the dealership. The temporary tag provided to me is also expiring today. Neither car title nor another temporary tag is provided to me. So technically I will not be in position to drive the car starting tomorrow. Very frustrating to keep waiting so long even when nothing is due from my end. I am told this issue will be addressed on priority. waiting for an update.

—UPDATE: No response, whatsoever, from the service managers. It’s been over a week.— Over promised. Under delivered. - Was told it was a one day job. Took a week to “complete”. - Taillight was replaced but you obviously didn’t do a full check on installation because the bulb was burned out. Should have easily been caught and brought to my attention if work was actually checked. - Detail was incomplete, mirrors and ceiling were still dirty. Even after I brought it in again to be cleaned, it still wasn’t done. Tyler Sancho even guaranteed me it had been completed. - Inaccurate invoice. Since I’m billed hourly for each job I should be able to hold you to your quotes for each job. If a job comes in under, then you should pass on the savings. If you’re going over the quote for an individual job, I should have been contacted before the work was completed. Each job is billed individually and should be treated as such. - Was promised no charge on the rental and was charged $84.00. - Cup holder divider, windshield ice/snow cover and tire gauge all went missing after the incomplete detail. - Did get a $4.00 discount on a $3000 bill.

Antonio Morson was the certified product specialist who helped me. He did a wonderful job and was extremely knowledgeable about the particular year (2008) of used Avalon that I was interested in. He got answers for the very few questions that he could not answer immediately himself. After I had agreed to a deal, he expedited the extra paperwork caused by my using a credit union in San Antonio Texas for the purchase. I had been buying cars thru them for over 30 years. He also was able to get the trunk carpet cleaned further as I requested. This was the best used car purchase experience that I ever had. Strongly recommended him, and this dealership, to facilitate your car purchase efforts.

Had my all-time best car buying experience ever last month with Motorcars product specialist Michael Sayre. He has tremendous expertise and technical knowledge, and on top of that was so helpful, kind, and patient that he put us completely at our ease and graciously facilitated the transaction every step of the way. He even brought chairs outside for us to sit in so that we would only have to be inside the building (pandemic safety) for the bare minimum amount of time. I really can't praise him enough.

Considering the fact that we made an appointment to look at a specific car this afternoon and they knew it was a 2 hour drive for us, they sold the car this morning yet never bothered to call us so we could save ourselves a trip. Instead when we got there, they said they knew we were there to look at the car that they sold earlier but they had a better car to offer for only $1,000 more. My husband was a little more than upset especially after working all day and then spending 4 hours driving for absolutely nothing. All it would have taken was a courtesy call to us to give us the opportunity to decide what we wanted to do instead of making us drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back just to hear they sold the car.

I’m going to be honest, before today’s appointment, I was seriously considering handling my car needs elsewhere after a truly disappointing experience with a service advisor who took over for Eric earlier this spring. That was despite the excellent quality of work provided by the technicians! Customer service is so important, and it’s possible the service advisor last time was having an off day, but it rubbed me the wrong way. I’m glad I’m a creature of habit, though, because today I met Mike Harris! Mike Harris is enthusiastic and knowledgeable and has great people skills. He is excellent at communicating prices and estimating time. As long as Mike is my service advisor, I will definitely keep coming back!

Overall, everyone was incredibly accommodating and did everything possible to make sure I got the car I wanted for a great price! One of the associates, Joy, was an absolute pleasure to work with and genuinely tried to make sure I felt comfortable and heard. I was going there for an oil change and left with a new car. Joy Taylor is the woman to go to! She thoroughly explains everything and answers ANY questions you might have for her. Don't be afraid to ask! Funny enough, I got my used car from her about a year or 2 go, then I saw an upgraded version of my car and viola. There's no pressure involved whatsoever in getting a new or used car. She won't put you in a car you aren't comfortable with driving.

Motorcars Toyota is an excellent dealership with exceptional costumer service. Over the course of my 3 year lease, I have experienced nothing but the best from this dealership and all of the employees. The service center is open late, and very accommodating to my schedule. The auto body shop fixed my Toyota on several occasions. It was very easy to set up a rental car while my car was being repaired, and the repairs were fixed in a very timely manor. Sherman was very professional and did an excellent job with the repairs. Motorcars also cleaned my car free of charge at the time of the service. I would highly recommend Motorcars Toyota !

Joy Taylor was awesome from the moment she contacted me. I ran into a known issue with Ford's dual clutch transmission and had a very large amount of negative equity. She wasnt the only person I contacted about my issue and trying to get me into a car within a 4 days. Many others stopped contacting me and checking up on my situation. Joy stuck through the entire 6 weeks. Which is a huge plus! Once I paid the car off, she was able to get me into a really nice car for a similar payment. I'm so happy to be a Toyota customer. It is really nice knowing that the this toyota team really cares about their product and customers! Thank you so much Joy!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I was offered a price for the purchase of my vehicle after the used car manager test drove it with his mechanic. After going back with a new price request, they agreed and told me to come in for a second inspection and sign it over to them. I came back, dropped off the car, they inspected it a second time and I signed over the keys and canceled my insurance. Offer, acceptance and consideration - a legally binding contract. After a few days, I received a text stating they were unable to complete the transaction because the car required additional repairs. I asked for a list of the required repairs and they refused to give it to me. After many days of back and forth with them, they offered me an amount $2000 less than what we had agreed to. Then, after further negotiation, and having possession of the car for over 10 days, they reduced the offer even further by another $1000. This dealership does not operate in good faith. They employ bait and switch tactics, offer prices and then rescind their offers and don't hold up their end of legally binding contracts. Meanwhile, they allow you to sit and wait for responses multiple days while you wonder if you are going to have to make a car payment on a car you don't have anymore. Avoid this dealership like the plague! There are many others that will treat you with respect and integrity.

The service staff at Toyota Motorcars is unsurpassed. Melanie and Keith went above and beyond to accommodate me during my repair and exceeded all my expectations (of how customers should be treated). I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles to them for repair (regardless of it's a Toyota). Any repair I've had has been fixed properly (the first time) at a reasonable price. Not only is the staff and practices of this service center second to none, they also have the the best hours in the industry. I will remain a loyal customer and forever grateful for there work and dedication.

Pat made the experience pleasant and explained my questions very promptly. She gave me time to think about the options and make my decision. I’d been looking for a 2007-2011 Honda CR-V for a while and had already visited several dealerships before ending up at Motorcars. I had a 1999 Audi A4 Avant Quattro that I wanted to trade in—for its age it was in excellent condition, with a turbo and crazy low miles, and I had put a LOT of money into it in the year I owned it to make it safe to drive. Other salesmen I had talked to before this had basically laughed at me, even though I had receipts for $700 of work in the past 3 months and just wanted to get SOME trade-in value, and told me that they had put “a lot of work” into their cars too, and wanted to get something for that work. Listen, dealerships and individual people pay WAY different amounts for the work done to the cars—I understand my Audi wasn’t necessarily a prize for anyone, but I felt disrespected most places I went. Motorcars was completely different; they started with an original offer of $100 for the trade-in, but when I produced the receipts and told them I’d put a lot into the car, they came back with an offer of the full KBB value of $500. I really appreciated how they worked with me respectfully and empathized with my situation—the salesman was a young guy, but he was respectful and professional the whole way through. I was in and out, with my new car and paperwork, in probably less than an hour. I will definitely remember the excellent selection and service here next time I’m in the market for a car!

Many car sales persons just want to sale you a vehicle fast as they can then move on to the next. Sometimes leave you with something's missing. We had a different experience this time around. Our car broke, need a replacement asap. And we found this wonderful lady, Joy Taylor and the entire dealership, helping us through out the process as smooth as it can be. She understood our needs, went through some choices with us patiently, found the answers for our questions swiftly. At the end we chose a budge Toyota certified Camry, to Ms. Taylor and the dealership probably is not much compare to some high end vehicle. Yet the entire time we didn't feel pressured and Ms. Taylor was very thorough, patient and kind. After we signed on the dotted line, it was almost 8 pm (Saturday night), the dealership almost empty and ready to lock the door, yet she's there with us went through all the function of controls on dashboard. We didn't get this when we bought our other new vehicle! We want to say thank you, Joy and Motorcars, keep up the good work!

I highly recommend Motorcars Toyota. After my first experience at this location all I can say is wow! The service department here is wonderful! All the employees are attentive and have the best interest of the customer in mind. I trust they will take the very best possible care of me every time. The check in process is fantastic and the late hours are great! Prices are fair and competitive. I had a few minor things wrong with my car, and was worried that because it’s older, I would have a fairly high bill. The employee who helped me was George Madison, he was great and took time to explain what exactly was wrong with my vehicle, and what needed to be fixed right away. His knowledge and communication left me feeling comfortable my car was in good hands and I would be taken care of. I definitely will be a returning customer.

I am writing this review to share my excellent purchasing experience with Motorcars Toyota Cleveland, particularly Stephanie K. The vehicle I was trying to buy was Toyota Sienna XLE, which is a popular minivan model. Stephanie has worked with me from the beginning. She is an excellent sales person I have dealt with. She does not have a single thread of pushy or hasty as I could sense. She treated the customer with respect, courtesy and absolute patience. Certainly I have negotiated the price with Stephanie, but as far as I can see, she did what she could to make our deal happen. She also introduced different buying options and protection plans to help me decide. One thing I like the most, as I have mentioned, is that I never felt she was trying to sell something to me. I am comfortable with that. Of course, I am obviously happy with the price she cut too. The process has been very smooth from the very beginning. In conclusion, if I am still in Cleveland, and if I am trying to get another Toyota, or if someone I know is trying to get a Toyota, Stephanie is definitely with the highest preference we are going to work with. Update I can't help but feel like I've been taken advantage of. I've replaced my brakes twice in the last couple of years based on what the service dept recommended. That plus all the other services they recommended costed me a lot of money in the last couple of years (close to $3000). After doing some research, it appears other Prius owners typically don't need to replace their brakes until their mileage is well over 100K. I don't drive a lot but mostly my daily commute to and from work. I can't shake the feeling I have been taken advantage of because I'm a woman who doesn't know anything about cars. I don't know if I will continue to get my car serviced here since I do not want to continue to be taken advantage of. It is really sad dealership can't be honest. Good, fast service, been coming here since 2007. Very nice and comfortable waiting area. Free coffee, espresso drinks, water or soda and cookies. There's a vending machine also. TV and computers available also and they provide shuttle if you don't want to wait there.

I worked with Dale Cloud and he was fabulous. I bought my first car and it was relatively quick and painless. I knew what I wanted going into it and Dale made me feel comfortable with my choice and was very helpful during negotiations. I purchased my 2017 Camry from Motorcars through Pat Marcin, it was ,without a doubt, the best car buying experience I ever had, Pat was very helpful and was with me throughout the whole process, she took her time explaining everything to me in detail and stayed in contact with me. Michael Guerra helped me buy my first car EVER and the whole experience was very easy and quick. I did some research beforehand and noted that the online price was lower than the store price and he made sure I paid the least expensive option possible. He guided me through every detail of the car and got my paperwork through very quickly. He ended up staying at least 15 minutes after closing just to make sure I had everything in order. Overall excellent expensive!

My family has gone to Motorcars Honda and Toyota for well over a decade for nearly all of our car buying. The sales staff are all courteous, professional, and excellent communicators. We worked with Sheila Mikulin this last time, and she was truly nice to deal with. She was low-pressure and honest. We asked her about a feature that I wasn't sure about, and she gave an honest opinion that it wasn't really worth it. Which is refreshing. She was also stellar about communication. If I had a question about price, or feature, or color, or really anything, she would get back to me within the hour usually. It was truly a nice experience. Her manager Derek Roberts was excellent also, quick to supplement Sheila's knowledge in any way he could. I highly recommend using Motorcars.

This is the second time that I have leased a vehicle from Motorcars. Stephanie Kariotakis has made my experience even better. She listened to what I wanted in a vehicle not to mention the time she takes to go over all of the new features Of your new car . The dealership has everything you need . After I was approved I was able to go to the insurance agent on site and get everything changed . The staff is friendly , helpful and not pushy . Was a very pleasant experience with Motorcars Toyota. They were helpful in getting us underway post the OTD price negotiation. Stephanie was very helpful and patient. The service department is extremely dishonest. I was told I needed new brakes AND rotors for nearly $1000. I took my car to Alternative Solutions which has specialized in Toyotas for decades. They said I had at least 5000 miles before I needed new brakes, that they simply needed to be cleaned for $45. I was prompted to take my car elsewhere because I took it into Motorcars a few months ago because I thought I needed brakes. At that time, they told me it was fine and I had a long way to go. I have not put 3000 miles on my car since then. They simply are trying to take advantage of me because it is winter. Not to mention my service advisor Curtis oversold me on a throttle kit. My car died and needed a new battery. He alleged that I could replace the battery, but it would not maintain a charge if I had carbon in my engine. So, I purchased both, as I was stranded. It was not until later that I realized how that did not make sense. It was a new battery and carbon will always be in the engine to one extent or the other. Moreover, my invoice said it was a "Recommended Service" and not required. ***Also, they did not provide me a print out of my brake specs, just a quote for the replacement.

I needed a new tire for my Ford Fusion hybrid. My Ford dealership was too far away for a simple purchase and service that I need done quickly. I decided to call Toyota Motorcars service dept. Toyota Motorcars was down the street from where I live. I spoke to Dan in Parts and he was very knowledgeable and provided me with great information that I needed. Dave Taylor was my Service Advisor and took care from start to finish on the day my car was serviced. I also received great help and service from Brad Berr (Parts Manager). Toyota Motorcars Service department is TOP NOTCH. They were very helpful and I don't even own a Toyota! When I need to buy my next car, I will definitely consider Toyota Motorcars because they provide excellent service for EVERY customer.

I received the best customer service today from Mr. Cornelius Stokes! I am a first time car owner, who recently lost my car key. I came into Toyota Motorcars expecting to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to replace them. However, I was not only provided with top of the line service by Mr. Stokes, but my spare key came at no additional cost to me.
