I have been dealing with Morton Lane for a long time. The staff has helped me during the time that I had a medical situation. They were kind and helpful in keeping my account open and in good standing. Recently the login page was changed and I could not log in. The staff was patient and talked thru the process. I am not a techie; I am old school and was elated by the professionalism of the staff. I hoped to be with the credit union for many years to come. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a very highly qualified caring staff to take care of their banking needs. Keep up the excellent work Morton Lane employees.

poorly managed website, throws people off and then the staff won't even give you the right information because it is their policy that after 1 time of speaking with you and providing you with account information, that they can no longer give you pending transaction info. What kind of BS is that?!

I posted this 4 years ago. I still feel the same way and will always stay with this credit union! Still 5 Stars! This branch has the BEST personnel and I will never go back to a commercial bank because of the service they provide me. Thank you to all those at this branch, you know who you are because I know your names😀

The staff at Morton Lane are always very helpful! I recently obtained a home equity line of credit with them and the process was fast and easy! I would highly recommend Morton Lane!

My mother banked with them for 30 + years and recently passed away. I informed them of her passing...they didn't offer condolences, they closed her accounts after being advised transactions were processing, and never explained what documents were needed to confirm her estate. This the most disheartening experience I ever had with any corporation...as my mom was on a first name basis with most the staff. I'm now forced to close all accounts due to the poor service.

I’ve been a member for over 30 years and I just love them! Excellent customer service and they’re always there to help you out with loan requests, Visa card, etc. I highly recommend them👍

Great staff. Great service. Wish they were open Saturday mornings.
