I've been going here for years and genuinely don't think there's a more professional pawn shop in the greater buffalo area than this place. Each employee is kind, patient and knowledgeable. Their selection is vast, always have great items in stock and willing to work with you on prices. Today I was assisted by Dan, he was welcoming and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I was comfortable with our transaction. I absolutely recommend going here for any purchases you may make, or to acquire a loan or even sell your items. 10/10

Decent enough people, friendly, clean, organized and a lot of junk! Paradise for a guy like me. Prices are good and fair. The man whom helped me out gave me a discount because I asked. Lots of cool stuff and fun, fun....fun😄

Read the reviews about this being the best pawn shop in Buffalo and I have to agree! The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Store is clean and has a very good selection of stuff and you will actually get a fair deal. Definitely will be back.

This place is amazing I got $150 loan for my PS4 console and ps5 Headset I have 90 days to pick it up and if I need more time I get can pay to have more time

I had searched several pawn shops months ago having never used one and found this place to be the most reasonable by FAR in the area. You're always greeted upon entering, the staff is incredibly helpful AND polite (something rarely seen these days), and more than fair prices are given for loans or purchases. I've had to see them many times in the past several months, and it's been a pleasure doing business with them. I've mostly dealt with Mike-super nice guy, Nikki-again, very friendly and polite, but all of the staff are great to work with. I had back surgery and all 4 staff members offered to come out to the car to help carry items in for me. They're a professional business with a personal touch; they even send out letters stating when your items will come due and have called me previously to warn me if things are coming to the deadline. They've helped me out of some tough spots with medical bills piling up, and I refuse to do business elsewhere now. Check them out first, since it's likely a waste of time going anywhere else. I love the service here they treat you with the upmost respect. I have never seen them rude to any customers even when the customer are rude. Great prices on jewelry and loans and are always given to the highest price. I generally don’t do reviews but I just have to say that this isn’t just some ordinary pawn or loan shop! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the whole crew, and Nikki was absolutely amazing! Have been going there for years. Pricing for loans are superior to competitors and they offer layaway. I have made several purchases of electronics with warranty protection and have never had an issue. They are very nice and professional. They even send text message reminders when your loan or layaway is due if your forgetful like me

Mike Green is very helpful and will answer questions to the best of his ability and will not be rude nor make you feel like your a bump. He's very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe to sell and or do loans with this location. Will definitely be returning!

The shop is clean and well organized. I communicated first through Facebook marketplace and got quick, helpful responses. They gave me a great deal on a virtually new item. But most of all I commend Nikki’s friendly, accommodating personality. An excellent buying experience, highly recommended!
