I would definitely recommend John Picinic. He did a refinance for me and I’m self employed, so it’s a challenge. I tried two other companies to get my refinance done and had issues at both. John was fast and able to figure a way to get it all done.

They were very helpful in helping us gather any documentation and their app was SUPER helpful for staying organized. Once they got everything they needed and moved forward, they were still on top of everything and continuously sent us updates on our process. Due to this crazy housing market right now, we requested a 3 week closing date and they made everything happen for us so quickly! On top of all of that, they sent us little gifts multiple times throughout the process to congratulate each step we made!
