This was the most professional and easiest experience I have ever had with refinancing a mortgage. Initially worked with Mike Russo, who was very responsive and helpful to get things started. I then worked with Joe Bowling, who was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He is an extremely honest person and worked very hard to ensure that there were no hidden fees or undisclosed charges during the refinance. This was the second time I've turned to MortrgageRight to refinance my VA home mortgage as interest rates dropped. Joe Bowling assisted me on both occasions. My wife and I are both "Retired", and we wanted to refinance our mortgage. That normally spells "nightmare", but not so with our experience with Mortgage Right. I have refinanced MANY times over my lifetime but never has it been this easy. The documentation that they requested clear and I was able to immediately upload them. The communication with our processor was cordial and more like a friend than anything else. He informed right a way if he thought something was a flag, and explained the consequences at that point , and any possible workaround, so I well informed.
