We (Seller) were told we would close on or before Wednesday , then we got closing rescheduled for Friday , Thursday pm we received a message from buyers agent stating we cannot close for another 2 weeks because Georgia Platinum needed a updated appraisal for the buyers loan , something that should have been figured out a week or two ago, not 18 hours prior to closing, we then attempted to make contact with Theresa Upshaw from Georgia Platinum Mortgage multiple times between Thursday and Friday , I lost count at 11,with no luck of getting her or anyone in her office to answer the phone. You will have a very hard time working with a lender that avoids contact and progress for your loan , I'm a real estate investor, this is a lender I will avoid recomending or using .
