I just closed on my refinance of my house I used Joe Mecca with Mortgage Mecca he was pleasure to do business with. Right now I have 22 years left on a 30 year mortgage FHA loan at 3.75 interest rate was able to go to a 15 year conventional mortgage at 2.46 interest rate payments only going up 70 dollars.
