If I want to summarize my experience with this lender in one word, that word would be DANGEROUS. Here is why. As a part of the usual process of applying for a loan, I did my research and decided not to move forward with this lender. Their rate and their conditions didn't satisfy my requirements, so I informed them by email that I decided to move forward with another lender. After that, their agent called me, and at some point, he started to shout at me when I told him my decision. Then he wrote a threatening email to the seller's agent and my agent. In this email, he DISCLOSED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION and tried to discredit me based on false information, undermining my ability to choose the right lender. And I’m still concerned about my personal information… I was lucky that my agent was brilliant and I had a solid financial and professional background, and I could close the deal. However, the lender's email could have broken the deal if the conditions were slightly different. So, be careful with them as they will do ANYTHING, and I repeat ANYTHING to make you do business with them, and there will be consequences, if you don't move forward with them.
