As a small business owner I needed a bank to work with me and realize cash flow can be tight sometimes. The Branch Manager Has been extremely helpful over the years and even helped with some forgiveness of fees when cash flow was crippled by events out of my control. Thank you Branch Manager A

Please dont waste your time here! They were rude and clearly did not want to help. They told me to call the 800 number and you know how those 20 min on hold and then another 30 minutes with a call center........I am closing my suntrust which I had for over 35 years. they are not the same

I agree with the previous review, but it is not so much the local branches as it is Suntrust as a company. I have been with Suntrust for 18 years, and despite being close to moving all of my personal and business banking to Suntrust, I will be closing my personal and business accounts with them. In the past year I have had problems with information inconsistency between branches and their corporate customer service. I have been unable to withdraw via cashiers check on several occasions because of a broken printer at three different branches. I have had several problems with online banking both on the app and web based portals. The functionality of the business banking app and portal is incredibly limited. The final issue which has made my decision easy is being told at the branch that a large deposit would be available within 2-3 days, and then Suntrust corporate holding the full amount for 5 business days for verification. I think that some employees are very high quality, but they seem to not stay long and seem to not be supported by Suntrust.

unfriendly staff . calling me on my face that deposits by my company are always messed up. well you are supposed to count it too!

This bank staff is not very friendly, they are unaware of banking rules. I had a wire transfer that was supposed to be done in 1 hour that took more than 20 hours

Never really had any issues here. Usually only go in for withdrawals of higher amounts. Will say that they are more thorough with verifying withdrawls in amounts of $8000+ which is good. Whenever I need more help they are cool about it.

The worst customer service, again and again, at this location. Rude and ignorant employees that do not have clue how to deal with long standing clientele (30 years with this bank). I am so happy BB&T bought them - they are lucky a good bank had an interest in acquiring them.

They take a long time to help you through the drive thru and there isnt even a line. Unhelpful .

Horrible customer service. My son has his mortgage account here which he can’t obviously change, but will close out his checking account here. Too many negative issues. Go somewhere else.
