There were three things I wanted when I refinanced my house: a good rate with low closing costs, an easy process, and a quick closing. Jennifer and her team delivered on all three: 1) I shopped around with some big banks, nobody could beat Mortgage Warehouse’s rates and closing costs. 2) All the documentation and information that they needed, I provided online. We electronically signed everything but the closing documents. It was an incredibly fast and easy process. 3) From start to finish, my re-if took about half the time I expected. What I think helped the most is that if I emailed a question, they would get back to me before the end of the day or the early the next day. That’s waaaaay faster than my experience with other lenders. I have referred Mortgage Warehouse to several family members and friends. I was very happy with my experience and they will be my first call for mortgages / re-financing in the future.

I worked Tom Cerbo (Big T)! It was an amazing experience and I knew I was in good hands since the first time we talked. In our first call he let me know what to expect for our refinance and that it would happen in less than 30 days. I was honestly not buying it since we had just terminated a refinance that was taking over 6 months! But Tom came through better than expected and let us get an appraisal waiver and we ended up making ~5k on the refinance and $300 off of our mortgage payment and moved out of PMI! Literally everything he said he was going to do, he did it! By the way it only took 3 weeks to close on the refinance compared to 6 months! Tom has all my mortgage business going forward!
