Working with Aleksandra was a great experiance. She was extremely professional and made me feel at ease that I was at best hands possible. She made a refinancing process as smooth as possible. She was there through text, email or phone no matter what time of day or night. I would recommend her to anyone one looking for mortgage or refinancing.

Rodney was very helpful after going via a couple of refinance process. He made the process easy and understandable. As I said my appraisal fee was waived and I saved a couple dollars. When I first connected with Edwin I thought he would be like any other loan consultant who is just interested in making money out of my refinance but I was wrong. Edwin did a really great job in explaining how the rate fluctuation in market works and when is the best time to lock. He gave me multiple rate options based on no points, with points and lender credits and which rate will help me save most based on how long I'll stay in the home. His rates were even better than other lenders.

Edwin was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure all of our questions and concerns were answered in-depth. He prioritized making sure that we were comfortable with what we were getting into and provided excellent advice. Definitely would recommend him to anybody!
