The worst credit union ever call to change my direct deposit information after they robbed me for an entire year for insurance that I didn’t need because they require a 10 day insurance lapse policy not the standard 30 day like the state requirements so I had to pay an extra $1700 over this last year for mandatory insurance that I did not need because I had it obey by state laws 30 days of insurance I called today make changes to my account go to their share of member branch calls and get my account number they won’t give it to me now I’m stuck in Everett because I do not live in Spokane without an account number ready to pay a bill

I have an account for a different credit union, so being able to withdraw quarters for laundry is just a few blocks away. Staff is friendly and professional.

Possibly the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Completely unwilling to make any arrangements to accommodate rush requests. Does not use current technology for communication.

This bank is difficult to deal with. General information is not given directly to customers you have to speak directly to representatives who do not answer their phones or voicemails. I would not recommend choosing GCU if you have other choices.

We love our bank. No fees no fuss Great service. Great drive through banking and ATM a block away.

Been a customer with Global for years. Had many loans and my family used to keep a sizable chunck of money deposited at Global. Had the most frustrating experience with them this week. They refused to reverse about $60 worth of fees due to an expired check that was deposited that they didn't notice for about a week. Having already cleared the funds I used them. They don't care that their policies and and poor customer service will cost them much more than the $60 they stole from me. Avoid this credit union. You can do better. What's the point of a local credit union "you can talk to" if they're idiots.

Jeremy and his manager are no help at all . Very rude and disrespectful. Had the worst experience with this bank I would not recommend it at all ! Please don’t try to get loan here very rude and not understandable . The worst part is that all of their staff are rude . And when u try to explain the situation they hang up on u or get all rude with u . That is not a proper way for a bank to do business. No bilingual at all . Rude rude rude ! DONT RECCOMEND IT! Don’t go here it’s a waste of time !

Nothint but an amazing banking experience! I have been with global for over 6 years and I have only have amazing things to say about them. They offer 6.5 APY on smart savings accounts. I pay to be a platinum member which come with such good perks like roadside assistance and atm reimbursements no matter where all for $15 a month. They send you a replacement debit card in over night shipping. Honestly such a great place. Also 1.5% APY on e-velocity checking accounts. Go check it out! Also I see some bad reviews on customer service I have had multiple slight situations where they have been nothing but kind and understanding and fix it right away, just my experiences though.

Worse People to work with, they wasted our 3 months and denied us at the last moment , highly not recommended for loan home/land purposes.
