We were buying a house and initially we were having issues with the loan and Guy and Esther told us what we needed to do to get it approved and from then on it was smooth sailing. Guy and Esther are both knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and above all committed to helping you get the house you want. Mortgage of Texas was amazing, beginning to end. They helped us through a difficult VA Loan process after a big national bank approved us and then changed their mind just a couple of weeks prior to closing! Guy and his team stepped in and still met the original deadline without requesting any extensions—still smh, not sure how they did it, but I’d recommend them to anyone. They can close VA Loans fast.

Guy Stidham and his team are hands down, the team you want advocating for you in your new or refinance of a mortgage.
