I absolutely love my credit union. I have been with them for way over 10 years. Hugo,Shonna, jarred and other members take care of me so well the even recognize my voice when I call!! Personality is everything and this amazing place is alive with personality. Make the switch and you won’t be disappointed. Mind you this come come from someone who has been in the auto industry as a director for many years and I still this amazing place every bit on my business.

I've been working hard to rebuild my credit and was very nervous about trying to refinance my truck. Steven at Generation's Federal Credit Ubion made this one of the best experiences I've ever had. Generations was the only bank I found that was offering a 1.99% rate. Everyone else was only going down to 3 for me. I have amazing credit so it was a no brainer. Jessica was awesome and patient with me. I am very happy with my vehicle purchase but not as happy as getting a 1.99% rate!!!

What an awesome experience at the Ingram Branch I had consolidating a couple of loans and refinancing my car loan..Between the branch manager Patricia welcoming me and assisting me to the professionalism of Kim the loan representative listening to my needs and setting up the proper loans for me in the most timely manner, it all was taken care of in a manner which made me very much thankful and I walked out feeling comfortable in my transaction with Generations. The personal service of the two of them has made me a customer for life.

We’ve been a GFCU member for a couple of months now and we just applied for a debt consolidation loan. The process went so smoothly. It was a calm flow of questions and answers. Everyone we talked to was so happy to help us even though I asked a lot of questions. Their patience made for a very comforting experience all around. We went from paying a 23.99% annual interest rate on debts to 6.9% annual interest rate. I mean, it just makes “¢ents” right!!! (sorry, pun intended) You could say I’m now “less interested”. (soft smile with left eyebrow lifted along with a ba-dum-tss) Everything was explained with clarity and easily understood and after everything was said and done they “left me a loan”! (hehe, sorry, last one) No but seriously, generations and their team truly give meaning to what customer service is supposed to be. I will highly recommend GFCU to my family and friends and I highly recommend GFCU to everyone! Even you! I mean, c’mon, the hardest part about being addicted to good banking service is the “withdrawals”. (I know, I know, I said I wouldn't do it again but I went and did it! I couldn’t help it. My experience with this credit Union was by far the absolute best! I was able to get my auto loan done quickly, efficiently, and no hassle whatsoever. Big shout out to Ms. Shawna Light, she had kept me updated along the way the ENTIRE time, and her customer service was outstanding. I recently did a home equity loan and in the process refinanced my vehicle. Everyone that I’ve dealt with in each of these loan processes have been amazing. From filling out my loan application to receiving my funds in my account it took all of an hour!!! What an amazing experience! Shauna in the Loan Department was great to work with. I have used Generations FCU for several of my previous Vehicle loans and have always been completely satisfied with the process and the customer service even after the loan has been completed. The friendliness of the Generation staff/family is always very welcoming and are always willing to answer any questions without making anyone feel like they are being bothersome. Terrible experience. Paid off a vehicle loan and called 8 times within 75 days after paying it off. Each time I had to verify my address to verify my identity, I also verified my address to 2 employees for mailing to title. After 2 and a half months the manager finally told me they mailed it to address I haven’t lived at in 7 years. Then she told me I needed to go pay for the title at the DMV since they messed up. Never again will I do an auto loan through Generations.

I have been very pleased and happy with all of the experiences and business with Generations Federal Credit Union. I have other banking that I have used but by far Generations very professional and accommodating and assisted me all the way!

I typically only go to the South Side location and through the drive-thru I can make cashier checks and money orders however I decided to stop by the San Pedro location during my lunch break because by the time I get out of traffic going home the Southside location is closed .here I did not know you could not do the same things. It wasn't until I waited in a long line and then after I filled out my forms and sent it then she told me they could not do it because they don't have a printing machine then I had to wait forever for the slips to be sent back to get my initials. So now I am running late back to school maybe this location should make different slip that don't involve the cashier's check part to avoid all this unnecessary waste of time so I honestly went to the bank for nothing I didn't get my cashier's check and now I'll have to try to figure out how to go to the bank later on today before it closes to get one.
