Mortgage masters was the first place that popped up when looking to buy a home and I couldn’t be happier about our decision to work with them. Alyssa Sims has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and as first time home buyers it was appreciated. She was quick to respond and made sure everything was done and ready to go when closing time came. I can’t say enough good things about Alyssa and mortgage masters. We refinanced through Mortgage Masters about 6 months ago. Lisa Parsons and the staff were the best! They kept us well-informed through every step of the process, explaining all the crazy banking terminology so we could understand it. Lisa Parsons helped my wife and I with our first home mortgage a little over two years ago. Not only was it our first mortgage but it was a VA loan and we really didn't know exactly how it would work. She answered all of our questions and concerns and really made the process easier than we could have imagined. Jennifer Stacy helped my husband and I buy our first home! My husband is in military and deployed, so we were using the VA loan. We had a very short deadline to buy the home!
