Our entire process went as smoothly as we possibly could have asked for. From starting with an inquiry right the way through to close went flawlessly. Initial consultation was quick and easy. Once our offer was accepted on a house I was encouraged to upload my requested documentation as soon as possible as we were leaving on vacation to allow the process to move forward on their end while I was away. Two weeks later when my mortgage commitment was due it wasn’t ready and appeared as if the file was never touched until my realtor contacted the company to request the letter. It was provided two days later (late) and luckily did not impact my closing but did heighten my stress. The process itself was easy, but I’m an executive assistant processing paperwork and finding documentation is my job. I was able to pivot when repeatedly asked to upload new documentation. Once the commitment was complete all other processing was done via email and ready in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone using them notify the appropriate staff immediately and repeatedly in regard to your documentation being ready for review. Read all letters as there were number amount errors in mine.
