Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, East Hartford

I've recently moved.and went to this branch to withdraw for my disabled daughter. I've been doing this monthly for 5 years. Today I presented my CT. License and offered my passport as a second. This now requires a Manger override. Alicia was busy so I sat at the counter waiting, and waiting and waiting. I finally left.

2 drive through lanes with digital tap technology for Smartphone apps and card reader for chip cards so its more for convenient for customers. There is only one issue with the drive through - there is no sanitizing between customers. Fortunately, you can use the tip of pandemic door openers for pushing buttons and entering security codes. Otherwise, rubber tipped pens also work in protecting yourself during the pandemic.

Worst branch of any bank I’ve ever been to. They just recently changed their hours of operation to no longer include any hours on Saturday. The drive thru window is constantly closed during hours which causes the line inside the bank to back up drastically. They used to have 5 teller windows but recent construction inside cut it down to 3, but theres usually only 1 teller regardless of how long the line is. Customer service is horrible, and the tellers aren’t much better. Occasionally you will get a good teller but they are few and far between. Go somewhere else, trust me. If I didn’t have to come here for work, I never would.

Terrible!!! Long waiting time just to make a deposit. No sense of urgency. Why bother having a security guard when spending great time on her cell phone. Can someone do something about it. Poor customer service.

Is it possible to give a zero star review? They never have enough towers the line is always out the door there’s one person for about 50 people when everyone else is just hanging out or walking around they are extremely extremely rude if you’re going to have a bank in East Hartford you should have enough tellers to help all of the people this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had and if you ever try to say anything to them they will argue with you and fight with you the employees are absolutely horrible they also don’t have a drive-through which was that only saving grace If you go to this bank expect to be there for at least an hour because again they only have one teller

The absolute worse bank branch I have ever been to. The service is unbelievably bad and the staff doesn't seem to care. I have both personal and business account with bank of America and have had great experiences with all the other branches I have been to. The staff and manager really need to start valuing the customer.

I went there today with my paycheck that is drawn from this bank . After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, the teller took my id and social security card as acceptable forms of id. But because my check was so large her supervisor refused to cash it. Jealous much?

this bank is awful, just awful. There is only only person with customer service and her name is Crystal, shes a teller. otherwise everyone else is just rude. the waiting time is ridiculous, there is ALWAYS a line. get it together BOA, ya need better staff.
