Recently used this vendor to license a mortgage branch in WA. Communication was very bad, they waited a week to even submit the form after promising an earlier date. They also claimed to "have a contact at WA DFI" to move the licensing process forward faster, which was a complete fabrication. At the very end, after not replying to emails for days at a time, they claimed to have "called in a favor" to get my license approved. I had called WA DFI directly 3 business days prior and been told that the license would be clearing that same day. Do not expect anything other than the bare minimum of effort and poor communication if you use this vendor.
