Definitely the best experience I had at a car dealership. No pushy pressured salesman. My sales man Dustin Santos was very professional and polite. I recently had a very poor experience purchasing a new Mercedes for my wife at a different dealership and wasn’t excited about going back to a traditional car dealership when I began looking for a new truck for myself. I’m glad I gave Morristown Chevrolet a chance. My salesman was JOHN PHILLIPS and he was fantastic. There were no hard pressure sales tactics. I felt appreciated and don’t think I’ve ever been thanked so much in my life. I received excellent value for my trade and a good price on the new truck.

Michael helped my mom and I get into new cars yesterday and the day before. Super great person to work with. I looked for a month for a jeep wrangler 4 door, I went everywhere trying to find the right one at the right price. I did find one that would work, so we had it shipped here from out of state from carlot to carlot but we were waiting forever for it. Then Mr Phillips calls from Morristown Chevrolet and he does all the work for me and I don't ever step foot on the lot. My daughters vehicle was delivered to her at work as a surprise. It's a better jeep to then the one we had found. It also now has a lifetime power train warranty

Mike Trimbur and Avaunta weee great to work. With constant communication via text and over the phone I was able to put a deal together with them from 3 hours away in VA. There were a few things to take care of prior to the sale and they were more than willing to address these concerns of mine. Process was very easy and quick we got there around 630ish because my husband works late and they stayed till 9 with us to make sure we got into the car! I was able to get a same day appointment while traveling! Service was quick and for the first time after multiple service appointments at other dealers, I actually got a courtesy inspection report. The report even included the brake pads!

I purchased a 2022 Silverado LTZ, Z71 2500 HD from Morristown Chevrolet on April 18th. My salesman Tim Hardy, was awesome to work with. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his product. The one occasion my question challenged him, he was back in a matter of minutes with the correct answer. Tim never pressured me to make the sale, he allowed me to set the pace of the process. My new 2021 Silverado Z71 pickup was there for almost a month for valve repairs and no loner vehicle. Gm said I could not get reimbursed for a loner vehicle from a private person. The major problem was GM not being able to get the valves for replacement. This was not a problem with the dealer so that's why only a 6 recommendation for friend, etc.

Supposedly new allison transmission installed, less than 500 city miles on truck and trans fails. Dealer has had truck sitting in limbo on their property for 3 months. Getting repetitive excuses.... making payments on a vehicle sitting in their lot. Oh YES! I just LOVE my Chevrolet experience, like a boot to mouth...

First of all, everyone is always a pleasure to work with when I go. It's the main reason I drive all the way from Sevierville to get my services done there. Secondly, I love the fact I get to see what was done and it's that extra peace of mind. All in all, from the comforts found in the waiting area to the friendly faces and people that actually remember you.. it makes going just to get an oil change less of a hassle and stresser to knowing you're going to get taken care of by people that actually care to remember you, and that care carries over into the work. Bought my Silverado here last year... I will continue to buy and get my vehicles serviced here.

Service department definitely needs some more work, they let me down in 2021 they promised it wouldn’t happen again because they was making some changes well here we are in 2022 and they sadly let me down for the second time… they have officially lost my business….
