People really need to understand if you’re going through something in life don’t take out your frustrations on customers. It’s called THERAPY. Talk to somebody fr.

One of the employees there is rude, never says hi or thank you. She ask you to pay with attitude. Just a horrible person to work there, lack of customer service skills.

Horrible place to do business. I went to register vehicle and the first lady didn't have a clue how to issue temp plates. Other Hispanic lady stated that manager has to be present to perform that operation. No knowledge, lack of engagement, poor customer service.

The people here are rude, lack customer service skills and don’t believe in wearing face masks during a pandemic.

It's the last day of the month, and a Friday (Payday for a lot of people) and this place has 4 windows, 2 closed, 1 that can't process plate sticker renewals. There's no need to snark that it's "Their fault, they waited until the last minute." How about after years of providing awful service you might finally figure out how to appropriately staff your business in anticipation of peak demand.

I usually go there for my monthly money orders and a stamp but this time the lady who helped me was not fully paying attention to me as a customer, then I get home realize I didn’t receive my stamp so I call and tell them that I remember the lady not giving me my stamp and that I have the receipt, the guy that answered the phone was SO RUDE. He answers the phone and say Currency Exchange then I ask to make sure it’s that location he says “yeah” like a little kid not professional at all and then I tell him my situation and he responds with “well I wasn’t here in the morning so if you want another stamp it will be .66 cents” which is nothing but it’s the attitude and the unprofessional way he spoke to me. I will never go to this location again.

I've never had a problem with the staff. They're all very friendly. Sometimes the wait times are a bit long but overall, I am happy with the place.

Returned 3x , not happy. Will continue to go elsewhere.
