These people are not here to help you! I requested information in reguards to my vehicle and was told I would be contacted by a legal team or the lady that was helping me with my case before. The lady I spoke with was unable to tell me who represents their business or when somebody would contact me. 👎 I then personally reached out to Tiffany, the manager, who was helping me with my case at the time of my mothers death. After saying "How can I help you?" very kindly, and figured out who I was, she began to raise her voice saying "ANA TIRADO WE TOLD YOU THAT I WAS IN A MEETING!" When the lady I had originally spoke with did not relay the message. I ended up hanging up on her before she got the chance to disrespect me any further and realized the type of ignorance I was dealing with. I was shocked that someone so eager to help before could act as such. For all the employees at consumer financial services, this is a friendly reminder maintain your integrity and character! Legal matter or not, don't let other people's horrible character effect your authenticity. Stay genuine.

My Favorite Go to person is Josh . The Boss . He is the best he works with you through your situation all u have to do with Josh is just tell him what’s going on . They work with you . They are they best so far in my book . And I will always finance with them ..Thanks Josh

I have been doing business here for couple of years since I've lived in the north side. I now live in the southwest side but I still travel to this location for any loans I may need. They have another location closer to home but all the ladies are great and very welcoming at this location. My favorite go to person for all my needs is Krisha. She is timely, friendly, and very professional. She's made sure to accommodate anything that may surface when I need a few extra days to pay my loan. Never had a bad experience and it's hard to believe the one star reviews i see as I've never had a problem before. People shouldn't sign contracts if they cannot keep their end of the contract.

After reading some of these reviews. I am so concerned with the way people are so cruel now a days. I have been a faithful customer of Consumer Financial Services for many many years. I have never had an unpleasant experience with this institution. Ever since there has been new management, this office has been so much more improved. These young ladies all have great attitudes and make me feel like family every time i come into the office. They work with you and your needs the best way they can. I salute these girls and the new branch manager Tiffany for coming in and making this finance company great once again. Shame on any individual that is trying to ruin the name of this company and this young lady Tiffany. But like I always say the negativity will help you work harder and prosper. I have been going to CFS since 2015/16 and present! I have had an amazing experience with everyone there! Great professionalism ! Awesome vibes and experience there! Everything is explained very well, they help you out with financing, and auto financing! Their willing to give you time if needed to pay your bills, and stay on track with everything! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I’ve read reviews where people give 1 star because their not approved and leave nasty comments! I have had a great experience here, and will still continue to do business with them, Debbie, and Tiffany are my go to people for loans ! Fast responses and awesome people! Before you do business with this company check BBB rating: F. Also check the one star ratings first, because when I read the "positive" ratings that are posted, it's hard to believe they're not fake based on my own personal experience and those of people complaining to BBB and Lisa Madigan's Office. This company may have been good to do business with before, but this woman Tiffany is the worst. The one decent person who worked there quit because she couldn't stand the way Tiffany treated the staff and the customers. Customers be forewarned. If you are more than 5 days late they will send the gestapo to your door with a "warning summons" threatening to take you to court.

Man oh man this is the worst financial institution ever no idea how they have a business. All the employees don't know what they are doing nobody here knows how to take notes on there clients accounts. Nobody here can even take responsibility for their bad habits off not being able too set up automatic payments. They will still charge you for late fees when they failed time and time again to put anything on automatic payments. The management/owner just as bad or worst and those people writting 5 star reviews obviously work there and just in desperate need of some good reviews don't come here and sign anything with them or you will be their next victim.

Tiffany is the most obnoxious and rude person on the phone. The woman has no caliber and does not hold herself with high esteem. Because of the neighborhood maybe she thinks it is ok to be rude and unprofessional. I got talked into get a car loan by daughter should've went to the high caliber reputable loan company as I done before where you treated with respect

I went in to make a payment and heard the women in this office talking poorly about the customers. They need much improvement with their customer service skills. Before giving me a receipt they had me wait to speak with a woman named Tiffany. She has the poorest communication skills of them all and she's suppose to be the manager. She spoke to me as if she was a thug on the street. I cannot believe this is how they operate a business. Such disrespect to customers. Get in another line of business!!!! I will no longer do business with these crooks.

Im taking my daughter to get a loan They said i couldn't be there and i have to go outside cause there were too many people when there's only 1 couple waiting nobody else, got me mad and you can heard people behind the glass coursing really loud, Unprofessional really unprofessional

Given that the option for zero stars is not displayed, I regretfully have to settle for one star. The owner of the business, Tiffany, and all of of her constituents are one in the same rude condescending and flat out disrespectful. They lie and stonewall in regards to any matter you contact them about. I have been done with my loan for months now and I have yet to receive my title. When I call and Tiffany gets on the phone she abruptly says what she wants to say and hangs up the phone in your face. When other employees answer the phone they ask you to provide proof of your final payment via email and then you would receive your title, yet the never comply. After confirming that they received the proper paperwork to release my title, I was told they would give me a call back, this never happened. I would then call them and they would say once again they have no paperwork stating that I no longer have an open loan with them. I would not recommend a rodent to do business here, and I honestly do not know how they are still in business with this poor display integrity.

The staff at CFS were so sweet and welcoming 😍😁 Everyone made sure that I was being attended and the process of my loan was a smooth process. What I love most about this place is how it feels like a community. The manager, Tiffany and her team have made me feel like family every time I come in for a payment. I will continue to do my business here and definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a loan.

This is a great company to turn to whenever you find yourself in need of some quick cash. The staff are so friendly and they all greet you together as you walk into the office then they all say goodbye as well as you walk out. I have gotten 2 loans so far and have never encountered any issue like the ones I read in the reviews, on the contrary they are always so eager to help in any way possible. I went on maternity leave and they were extremely helpful during my months off from work. The office is always decorated according to the holidays and it's such a kid friendly establishment. I would recommend this finance institution to anyone who needs a quick help because unlike other companies, their rates are very reasonable. Thank you ladies for always lending a helpful hand.

Consumer financial helped me out a lot! The girls are real helpful and kind. They were responsive to all my needs and were willing to work with me with every question I had for them. My experience with this place was 10/10 and I’d recommend it to anybody who are in need of their types of services.

We use this company for a loan to get a car. It was almost $12k. We finished pay all the money that we get from them ,almost 5 months ago. Now we never get our car title they been giving us a different excuses all the time. And thy finally told us today that the title went lost. Nobody know where our car title is . They wash their hands and say. That there’s nothing they can do. That we have to go to the secretary of the state and pay for a new title. Come on after pay them all that money. You think that’s fair that we pay for something that we never even see , because we never have that tithe on our hands. Last time we use this F** company for a loan.
