Carla was amazing, after running around all morning to many cash checking places, we called money mart and she assured us she could help us and she absolutely did! Hands down great customer service..

I am still in awe of how amazing my visit here was. Nancy helped me today and was so kind,helpful, and dedicated to helping me. I went to many places today with an issue and was basically given no help or advice but Nancy went above and beyond to make sure that I left with that problem solved. I’m not even exaggerating. Went here to cash a personal check given to me. I was asked if it was mailed to me or if I picked it up. I was asked what I was using the money for. I was asked how I know the person who gave me the check (family) and gave them the issuer’s phone number which is a landline phone. They lied and said the number goes to someone else. It’s a landline and I called several times and it went through. The lady there told me she needed to reach out to their main office after taking my social, fingerprint, picture and asked about my employment. This was all just to cash a simple check. I felt discriminated against and have never dealt with this to cash a check. My aunt told me to cancel it and meet her at the bank to get cash instead. This was one of the most terrible experiences I’ve had when trying to cash a check.

This place is amazing and a life savor when your in a bind. From western union to payday loans, I know I can count on Money Mary. Nancy is so helpful, always professional and kind. Thank you Nancy for all your help.
