My experience with Affordable Car Title loans has been wonderful. If you have trouble making your payment they work with you and never make you feel bad. In fact when I lost my job and was stressed they talked with me and helped calm me down and made me feel like it was going to be alright and they were going to work with me. Every time I go in to make a payment Laura and I have a good 30 minute chat just about life stuff. It's like going to hang out with a friend. I called for some information, and the lady who answered was very friendly and had awesome customer service! She was able to answer all of my questions very professional. I made an appointment to come to the office later that day. Right when I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who as well had awesome customer service and made me feel really comfortable. Staff definitely went out of their way to help me out. TIP: The more documents you provide the more flexible they are with their interest rate!

I have a very bad experience with them ; Yes they are very nice with the customers but that is the way to screw you over with money it doesn't matter when you pay or how much you do pay, your loan amount will never go down.
