This place is horrible! They purposely advertise to their convenience and to deceive the customer. When we asked why we were being charged commission when the HUGE signs all over say "No Commission" they pointed to a tiny sign posted away from your sight with blurred lettering to deceive you into getting your money stolen from you.

they dont charge commissions but they do charge a 6 to 7% Service charge at the penny. its not big bucks, i exchanged 400 it came out to be like .78cents. (so dont get your panties in bunch people, its not that bad).. i come alot or when we travel out. they are better priced than places in Ensenada. if its 18.389 there, Ensenada is like 17.50.. so bit better.. and their opened early.. im usually struggling to find places opened at 6-7am.. everyone usually opens about 9a- 10 am.. girls are very sweet and helpful.. ill keep coming untill i find something better priced till then. its here!!

Excelent customer service , i recently sold some land in Mexico & this place offered me a great deal on my buy back to dolars , the cashier Christopher was very attentive and i felt very safe while doing the exchange .

HIDDEN EXCHANGE FEE!!!! Advertise great exchange rates but there is a hidden 8% fee that you'll end up losing money on if you exchange here. 19 Nov. 2018

This is one of the exchange locations that charges a fee and if you don’t ask, they will rip you off for %8 of the transaction. So for example, to change $500 it will cost you about $38. Stay away, go the other side of the I-805 on San Ysidro Boulevard and exchange your money at one of the big ones. Ask if they have fees.

This place is a rip off! They have huge signs all over saying that they don't charge a commission fee and the net dollar amount they return is below the advertised price. Make sure to read all the tiny signs posted to purposely deceive you into getting robbed.

Do not stop at this place or any other- they advertise that you will get 12.78 pesos for your dollar, but after you give them the money they charge .40 cents per dollar fee. BIG RIP OFF!!!!! Just exchange them in Tijuana or better yet, get them out of any ATM in Mexico.

NO CAMBIEN AQUI!! solo roban dinero. DO NOT EXCHANGE YOUR MONEY HERE!! They will charge you a lot.

The sell and buy price is not what is says. Make sure you know how much theyre they're returning because they will not return your money.
