Best commercial insurance company period. If your a professional contractor this is the perfect place to go got me covered on everything from workers comp to commercial auto. Always available to send out accord sheets to my customers and answer any questions. Their office is local and not some major corporation that won't see you unless you have an appointment or some out of town business that doesn't answer emails or phone calls for days. They are very responsive to my needs and customers request for insurance certificates. Can't say enough good things about the staff . Thanks Dan for always being there. Highly recommend

I have been a client of CSS for almost 40 years now. That is because the crew there has always been very helpful, very responsive, they have always got my needs met and unbelievably fast. I value their advise as it has always been spot on. I started with them in 1981 with a personal policy, expanded that coverage in 1988 as I started a family, In 1990 i purchased my first Homeowners policy, and then in 1990 purchased commercial policy for new business performing home repairs and subsequently a heating, ventilating, air conditioning contracting business. Since those earlier days I later learned that they could help me with some other business needs by helping me with General Liabilty policy and a Workers Compensation policy. They have always been my ally through the years when it came to claims (garage was burglarized, at fault accidents, not at fault accidents). It was at these times especially that we could see that their advise regarding coverages were perfect. All the while over all these years I would hear horror stories from friends and family about how they were treated (and sometimes even cheated by) their insurance company’s and/or were not advised on the importance of the various coverages like “Medical Payments”. I absolutely am very pleased with California Special Services, thankful to them for the many many years of their kindness, compassion for myself and my family, and ALWAYS “Going the extra mile” (well honestly, for me, it was more like mile(s)....),
