We just closed on our house using Mondo title company. The entire experience was easy, straightforward, and we knew what was going on at all times. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

When we purchased our house in September of 2015, the sellers chose this title company. My husband and I would not recommend this title company to anyone. We arrived a few minutes late, and the documents for our closing still were not printed. We had to wait about 20 minutes just for our documents to print. Once they were printed, our closer barely explained what we were signing, just instructed us where to sign. We noticed that one of the documents had the wrong names typed under our signature lines. The closer just had us cross them out and write our own names. They also messed up our water tap transfer application. They combined my first name with the sellers last name. Since we didn't see this until our first bill, we had to go in to the water company ourselves and sign a new water tap transfer. Overall, this title company was just not on top of things the way they should be.

Exceptional and friendly service. They can get your needs met in much less time than the competition.
