Dolores State Bank E Main St, Cortez

They're rude and unprofessional. They gossip about small down business. I will be taking my money else where.

I used the ATM at the Dolores State Bank frequently and never had a problem, however this morning I did! I always check my balance before I withdraw any money from my account today was no different! But when I went to pull my money it said I had insufficient funds, but in my hand I was holding a receipt that verified my balance! I called my Bank and they told me that the money was with drawn from the Dolores State Bank, so i proceeded inside to talk to someone! The teller referred me to a accountant who told me I need to contact my bank there was nothing she could do?!?! So I did so and my bank said that they pulled the money and I need to talk to them, so I went back to the bank and told the lady my bank said it was pulled and we need to figure this out! She called my bank and talked to them and told me they told her that their computers crashed this morning , I called my bank immediately after to find out that there computers never crashed I was lied to by the Dolores State Bank Employee!!!!! She than proceeded to tell me she was gonna take lunch if I could come back?!?! Are u kidding me? Is this how they deal with customers!!?! I have called the President 3 times since and have not got a call back from him/her???? I would not recommend to use the ATM just because it's cheap, cause when something goes wrong they will handle your dispute carelessly! In a unprofessional manner and the money that's yours that they took you will not see for a couple of days! Truthfully who knows because I still have not gotten told anything ?!?!? Or a hold of any management?

I have a savings account here and I love banking with everyone here. Always so friendly and helpful. Not always the best rates but always has that small town feel.

"We don't have access to banks to make sure the account isn't overdrawn." That means you're not a real bank to me. At least City Market is. Lol

Good small town bank with locations in Cortez, Dolores, and Marcos. Friendly service and good amenities (such as online and mobile banking) However, if you do not have the ability to mantain a balance of 2k then you will have to have an account that has a monthly fee, which is certainly a downside.

Quick service very nice employees. Never had issues. Recommend this bank to everyone

Not very friendly or helpful to me, seemed like they could give a care less.
