I was searching for a Company that would work with me since i have what is considered "HIgh Risk" business. Saw, a company called Durango Merchant Services and I immediatly clicked on them since I have lived in Durango before. Asked to speak to a person in new accounts and I got Nathan. He worked with me getting my account approved with no hassle, anytime i have a question, he replies immediately. I pride my self on customer service since its hard to come by and the service i have recieved from Durango Merchant Services and Nathan are second to none. I highly reccomend this compnay, also.. We could not be happier with the service we get from Durango. We'd give these guys 10 stars if we could. They have helped walk us through every aspect of setting up and maintaining merchant services, and are quick to answer all our questions -- even when what we ask is somewhat outside their purview. The fees they charge are a pittance -- they are the only company we deal with whom we feel we underpay.

Nathan is so Awesome! He made sure that the process of setting up the merchant account was transparent. I didn’t know what to expect but he was very informative and knowledgeable. If you are what would be considered a high risk business let me tell you this.. Durango will help you every step of the way to make sure you have the best merchant services possible! Don't worry about ever having to stay on the phone for hours at a time talking to robots, Because there will always be someone at Durango who has time to take your call! We've been working with Shane and he has done everything in his power to make all of this such an easy stress free task which is amazing! Call them and they will give you a legitimate quote that can honestly be better than any other merchant services I have ever seen! I would recommend Durango Merchant Services to everyone. My clients and I have used them since 2006. They are very nice and very smart and very helpful. Whenever I need to contact them- they always answer me very quickly and in a way that is easy to understand. They are not like dealing with your average bank or processor - they are 100 times better than any bank or processor that I have used in the past.
