Horribly rude latina women working there. I called to confrime i could use my expired Drivers license, as my DL has expired and Ive been unable to get an apppointment to renew. The woman i spoke to said yes you can, its still you on the license. I waste my time taking an Uber over there only to have the rude latina woman tell me no i can't use the license. When I tell her I called the day before and was told I could. She was rude and abrupt. Then just starting asking her coworker about her bathroom break and ignored me. Interestingly I went to my bank and they used the expired license.

I bought a diamond Study earrings last 2 years And I went back today not remembering me The same women Told me that my diamond is not good quality .. and showed me the good quality diamond for a lesser price that I had paided .

Right from the start I knew I was going to be a customer!!!! A woman by the name of Tiana and her demeanor on the phone I knew she would take care of me! I explained to her how lost my FAVORITE earrings (10K Hoop Earrings)one of them wanted to wonder off in NYC and leave me hanging! Tiana explained I could even have a replica made-- but then she did the most amazing thing-- she did my job and called around other MODELL locations and SHE FOUND THEM!!! Not only did she find them but she found them at 14K!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU TIANA!!!! You are THE BEST in the WORLD! Honestly people have lost their sense of customer service but YOU went above and beyond! Modell is honored to have you as an employee! THANK YOU!!!

Like today I had a pleasant day visiting modell's collateral pawn shop on Atlantic avenue.A young gentleman named Junior was very helpful polite a real professional of what he does helping u with your jewelry and also with any questions . I definitely would recommend modell's pawn shop to anyone on Atlantic avenue definitely see Junior.

I have been a customer with models in Brooklyn and Manhattan for more than 30 years this is an exemplary loan company and they are fantastic they will help you if you are in trouble with your loans and during covid-19 year they assisted customers in maintaining their loans as everyone struggled with finances Tiana and Ana and James in the Brooklyn location are just fantastic!!
