The loan officer promised the loan would close in 30 days, but unfortunately it took almost 3 weeks after the original close date. The lender would say they would need one last thing, it would be provided, and then they would ask for something else (numerous times). They rarely responded to emails and more often than not, they blew off phone calls. When they said they would call you back it almost never happened. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience for us.
