Arik and his team are excellent to work with. I have done two mortgages with them and they did a great job guiding my wife and i through the process. Great rates too! Highly recommend them.

Todd and Anna did an excellent job. Todd had the lowest interest rates because I compared him to my current bank and two other lenders. We had no realtor which doubled the work for Todd and Anna and it was like clockwork. As long as you follow Todd and his teams advice the loan will close on time at the quoted rates. Todd we are praying for your family. we appreciate you working while you were dealing with your father's cancer battle . I don't know how you do it. Driving your father down to the Mayo clinic 3 times a week and still Getting our Loan done with great communication can't be easy.

I would 100% NOT recommend working with Todd or MLP Home Mortgage to anybody. The communication from Todd and his team was terrible. Todd was very unprofessional as he has swore at me on the phone multiple times. Our closing date kept getting pushed out. Our 30-40 day closing ended up being a 70 day closing. At closing we signed all our paperwork and then was told we had to come back 2 days later and do it again because Todd did not communicate the correct information. Instead of an apology, he blames us to the point where it is borderline harassment via text messages. I do not normally write reviews but I feel people need to know how terrible our experience was working with Todd.

Mike is awesome! I have worked with several lenders in the past and they all seem to drag their feet. Mike is honest, upfront and does not make promises he does not intend to keep. I was impressed from the day I started working with him and will never use another lender. I will refer to everyone I know.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Stacey was the worst, most un-professional person I've worked with in finance. Over a 6 month process, she changed the type of loan I was applying for multiple times. I'm positive she never listed to me to me and had no idea what I was needing. Nothing was ever done on my loan without me calling and inquiring as to what was happening. I felt lost and had no idea what was happening, and to date still don't completely understand the loan I received. After a bit, she just stopped talking to me and had her son respond to me instead. She was just another smooth talking salesperson who gained a very large commission. Michael was polite. I will never go through a broker service again!

I worked Todd,Mike and Anna. Todd and Mike made the process very easy. I HAVE been working with Todd for 20 years and he did my first mortgage out of college and just did my refinance on a 15 year fixed at1.75. The best interest rate in town by far . I don't know how he gets these great rates , offers great service, and loans close in a timely manner . HIS communications IS very good. Thank you Todd for all that you did . I hope your father is doing better. Thank you for putting up with my father to. I know he can be tough.

Todd was great. Anna was great. I have used him for 25 years and they Have the lowest rates and Todd is a nice guy. During the process my wife lost her job and the only way Todd could make this work was he had to give up his entire paycheck that he gets paid by the bank and give and credit it to us for our down payment and closing cost. If Todd didn't do this we would not have got the house and we would have been homeless. Todd is invited to all of our family functions. What he did for us was the kindest thing anyone has ever done for our family. Thank you todd
