Had been looking for a vehicle for a while. Stopped in at Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi and met my salesman, Justin. Purchased my 2022 Outlander in Nov of 2021 with Car Dude Chris😁 He is a terrific salesman!!! March 2022 I had a cosmetic accident where I scratched my wheels. Customer service is not the best when you need something important done to your car. The service area needs to be replaced with people who know what they are doing. Hard to reach any one when you actually need them...either do not answer the phone or the receptionist says they will call you back but they don't. I do not believe I will buy another vehicle from them. Disappointed from Tupelo Ms

It wasn't until a week after i purchased the vehicle that i noticed the clear coat was peeling off the roof of the car. The warranty covers the mechanical aspects, not the paint as far as i know.

WORST experience at this dealership! Bought a car and less then 2 weeks after purchase, transmission went out and I called my sales person, Dewayne and he was EXTREMELY rude to me! He showed NO care and was no help! All he was worried about was I was bothering him, when he was at a ball game with his kid! They did not call as they said they would to see what could be done about refunding my money and getting me something else! The sales staff is rude and only care about you, when you are looking them in the face buying a car. After the sale they do not back up the vehicles they sale! I will NEVER be back there again!!!!!!! Do not use this dealer!!!!

Bad sale man and gm they sold me a Mercedes Benz with no Dem lights they make there own prices up on cars after credit check kept calling me to bring car in for service never fired nothing only made dashboard read error they was sabotaging it on purpose they had to give me my trade in back going to Memphis to get a real Benz lol they want the car for there self to make them feel important driving to lunch in it ml350 black don't buy sold to me 20,000.00 at 120th MLS sold to person before me 17,000 at 74,000 miles the paperwork was left in glovebox lol

Learned my lesson after many failed trips. Tire pressure was low and was told nothing was wrong with tire. Immediately took to another tire place after pressure went from 36 to 22 in an hour. Flat tire and rim broke. I recently like an idiot went back to have my spare tire taken off and fixed tire put back on. I was told they dont do this service. After i bribed them i got my tire switched but now with a broken pressure sensor, missing lug nuts and center plate busted. Hopefully they didnt crack my rim again.

Very great atmosphere! All departments make sure you’re being taken care of the right way. Very kid friendly. Datarius, one of the Auto sales Rep, was very patient and understanding. He explains everything throughout the process and eager to know about your thoughts/questions. He’s very optimistic and ambitious about his sales (the client’s dream car). I just had oil change, air filters changed, and tires rotated. They were very helpful and extremally nice. It was also done very quickly so I didn't have to sit all day like I do when I go to New Albany Barnscrossing. Definitely will go back there.

Anthony Murphy of Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi is not only unprofessional but also incompetent in his position as service manager. In his own words he told me he was unable to determine what was wrong with my vehicle. He then further explained that he was just replacing things at random to see if it worked. This was, of course, at $250 deductible per attempt, and including replacing items that have just been replaced. Furthermore, he was incredibly disrespectful and rude and bothered that he was expected to actually answer a customer phone call which interrupts his conversing with fellow team members. His final suggestion to me was to find a service company that knew how to fix my truck, because he could not figure it out. I would suggest to everyone to take Anthony’s advice and not bring your vehicle to him but take it to a service department that can actually help you.

Me and my wife bought two new vehicles from here, where it was already established to bring my truck back for service so no big deal. I was told to drop my truck off Friday morning and they would call me, no call Friday so I call them no one can tell me anything, I call Saturday I’m told someone will be calling me shortly by the end of the day no call so now Iv got to go all weekend without a vehicle, how hard is it to call and explain what’s going on to your customer?? Did I buy a bad truck? Is there major problems I don’t know cause apparently the sale is the only thing that’s important. Don’t know if everyone at the store is this this but will be having a hard time going back.

The service here is terrible. You only get “good & helpful” service during the buying process. This car has so many hidden issues. Got the car in November and still have a horn that doesn’t work after multiple trips to get multiple other issues fixed. Save yourself the trouble and get a car elsewhere.

My mom went to Barnes Crossing and had a phenomenal experience! She was so happy with their service that she insisted I drive from Waco, Texas to buy from these guys! I am so glad I did! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The trade in process for my car was simple and smooth. Tucker and Dwayne were extremely knowledgeable about Mitsubishi and diligent in their attention. They made the buying process fun and easy. Eric handled all my paperwork and answered all of my finance questions. He made sure I understood everything and even gave me some great tips on how to improve my credit score! Overall this was a fantastic car buying experience! I recently bought a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership. From the very first email to driving out of the parking lot, every interaction was professional, pleasant, and frankly awesome. This was the easiest automobile transaction I have ever had. When we pulled up, the vehicle I expressed interest in was already pulled to the front. Darius Shinault greeted us immediately, made sure the vehicle was open, he was available to answer any questions before we were ready to go for our test drive. After we went on our test drive, we were told to take our time and look over the car as we needed. There was absolutely no sales pressure. Frankly when you have a good product, it will sell itself. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, we were given the information regarding the process. We met the manager, to make sure we didn't have any additional questions or concerns. While waiting, we were notified of what was being done,not only with the financing, but also the vehicle. Final step of the deal was meeting with Chris to sign paperwork. It was all pretty seamless. Not their's or my fault but completely covered under warranty. They were quick and efficient at checking my vehicle out and diagnosing the problem. We recently stopped by the Saltillo location and had a absolute horrible experience, after explaining we we're involved in a car accident and we're on a deadline of getting into a suv, they only showed us 5 vehicles over a 4 day span, none of which were in our $400 monthly payment range, which we explained that we were not going above that amount, yet they repeatably tried pushing vehicles over that price range, and wouldn't listen to what we were looking for. We felt as though they were just tagging us along with the intention of us caving and giving into something we didn't want and a price we didn't want to pay, we even did our own research on the vehicles and most were above both KKB and NADA price. In our opinion, we wouldn't recommend going to this location.

It was a service that I had not ever experienced from a car lot at all. We never got to look at the cars on the lot . We was offered one car that did not run right and had a smell to the back seat no room for my husbands medical equipment at all he is disabled from.a stroke. He had a flyer from the mail that he would receive a prize and was told they would be brought to him to choose his bit wasn't . When I said not buying the cat they tried pushing it on me any way

This is the second time I've made an appointment for services through the service department, only to be turned around and be rescheduled at the door after traveling an hour to get to the dealership. I think the people are friendly and the service work is great, but gas is $3.00 a gallon and mileage cannot be returned for last minute cancelations. I wouldn't treat them that way as a customer. I expect the same.
