I love the place. It was clean and the representatives were very nice and straightforward. The rep kept me updated on every detail that I needed to know about my my car and gave me advice/recommendations after my car service was finished. I waited for about 15-25 minutes and my car was finished being serviced. This was my first visit and I came during the morning. I hope this review helps someone. They’re great!

The dealership’s website was up to date and honest about the vehicles condition, features, and price. I was able to walk in, show the salesman what I was looking for, and be taken directly to the vehicle for a test drive. No upselling, no pressure. After the test drive and inspection, the purchase process was quick and easy. Special nod to our salesman Boston, for his assistance and follow-up. All of the staff was friendly, the dealership was clean. We shopped at several lots looking for the right car, but we only found it here.

We could not have had a better experience purchasing our Kia Telluride. As soon as I contacted the dealership online about our interest Katelyn gave me a call to clarify and started updating me on a regular basis. She is a great communicator and when the one we wanted was coming in on her day off She handed the information we had discussed over to her colleague Cody who handled the process from there! He was exceptionally helpful, making the purchase easy and introducing us to members of the service team as well as teaching us ( with great patience) about the tech features and setting up our preferences before we drove it off the lot. To Mr. Joe Marshall, I had the opportunity to visit your BC Kia store in Tupelo, MS. I encountered a wonderful sales group that included Kimani, Dell, Patrick, and Vincent. They personified customer service. In my many years of working in corporate America, it was my job as the leader to set the tone for my team members. For me that meant providing superior customer service. The leader at this facility has no clue as to what that means. He was very smug and has an asinine attitude toward doing what is right for the customer. I purchased a vehicle on Saturday and returned it on Monday because it was damaged internally. I would recommend this establishment because those guys mentioned were trying to do the right thing. Be advised not to deal with the general manager Jeremy! He cares nothing about the customer, just his numbers. He was the catalyst of my bad experience.

UPDATE ON MY EXPERIENCE: i previously posted less than satisfactory review on an issue i had with this establishment, regarding warranty issues with an engine replacement, among other situations that left a very bad experience in the wake of my using this dealership for my repairs. Less than 24 hours later i recieved a phone call from the service manager inquiring as to the details of my experience. She was extremely helpful and prompt, and resolved my issue with no problem, and was very thorough in explaining the details of warranty coverage, service department ettiquette, etc. Had i had the opportunity to deal with ms blankenship directly from the beginning, i can imagine my experince would have far better and above expectations. I felt much better after speaking with her, and in the event that i, or you, would have any issues or questions about their service, i would accept nothing less than speaking directly to her. I was not given that option initially, or i would not have had a reason to complain. But, she resolved the issue, in a very timely and professional manner, showing good representation of this dealership.

My review is specifically for the service department. I will be honest and say my journey did not start out great but something happened in the midst of the process that you don't see much of these day. Tes, the service manager reached out to me with a sincere apology and with genuine concern. She made it right. This is quality service. The way she handled everything was very professional. While I would love to give a 5 star review just for actions alone that wouldn't be honest. All in all don't hesitate to get your Kia serviced here but if you happen to get to work with Tes exclusively your experience will be that much better.

I had a concern about my 2020 Kia Sorrento, I pulled up to the shop and they got me in and out within 20 minutes and hooked my vehicle up to the computer to make sure everything was good, and eased my mind about what I thought was wrong come to find out everything was great!! They all very nice and will take good care of you!! I wouldn't want to do business any where else!!

I’ve been to Kia a few times over the last few months and the service was great! I was told by Auto Zone that I would need a new alternator but it actuality it was my battery once Kia techs looked at it. I was very happy to be paying a few hundred dollars versus closer to $1k! Thanks Kia

*******BUYERS BEWARE****** My husband purchased me a 2022 Brand New Stinger. Day 2 I discovered the check engine light on. Only to visit Kia and find out they were aware of the problem and the part had been ordered. Before I purchased the car I was told it was in service being detailed when apparently they were clearing the Check Engine Code. The inside door door handle was not attached I visited them 3 times in two weeks and it was NEVER fixed nor checked out. Was told they had 3 more Brand new Stingers that had the same problem and they would fix everything at one time. Purge Valve was ordered and installed and on the ride home the check engine light came back on. I was then informed it needed a new part. I asked for a new car or my money back. Initially, they only offered me $4,000.00 when I was due back $8300.00. My husband then informed the Salesmanager he would take no less than what we were due. We did receive a Check of the full $8200.00 but if we were not consistent they would have stolen our money. We traded in two cars in Very good condition. We are without cars and received the worst treatment I've ever experienced at a car lot. Buyers Beware*********

Was in the market for a new carnival. Found they had 2 of them. Was looking at one when salesman approached me, very nice and pleasant. Then I proceeded to look at the window sticker and they had priced it $5,000 over the MRSP. I questioned the salesperson on it said that was the market. I went ballistic, should not have. But he said if I did not like the price I was welcome to go somewhere else. This has got to be the most unethical and immoral car dealership I have ever been to.
