If the owner's name is an older man named Eddie, then he is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Accused us of being stupid for bringing in wore down items, yelled at us for explaining how one of the items worked, and started cursing when he asked us to test out an airsoft gun INSIDE THE STORE. We brought easily $200 worth of items, and he laughed at us and said it wasn't even worth $100. Not to mention how he was cursing and saying vulgarities all throughout our visit. Take your business literally anywhere else other than here unless you want to be berated and disrespected as a person.

Well well well! This certainly is interesting. Seems like one of those rare cases where a business has learned from it's reviews and feedback from customers and then actually done something about it. I had an extremely pleasant and professional experience here. The manager and staff were eager to help, very friendly and my experience here was exceptional. I understand that the store manager is a recent transplant and can only say that she is doing a great job. I'm not one to often go into pawn shops and haven't pawned anything so I can't talk about that but my BUYING experience was great. I actually grabbed a couple of awesome bargains, had a good look around and will definitely come back for more. Well done and I hope you guys continue to make your customers happy! Thanks.

The red head manager that is usually there is way less the friendly. Have never seen her smile once. I went to buy a PS3 and had to return two of them until they finally gave me one that worked with the wrong stuff! I also just went to sell my dash cam and she swore that my cam was broken and that she just bought the machine the other day to charge it. So I walk it out to my car and plug it in and it works fine! Not to mention that same visit they were hassling somebody over $5. Worst location ever. Maybe train your staff to not be rude and unprofessional.

It kills me the reviews (mostly) are from a YouTube video from people that have never been here. I’ve been a lot and it’s not bad I got a weed eater, subs, and a ps vita all worked all at a good price!

I've been here plenty of times and I'ts always been a pleasure , Michael and Brad are really cool . I have never been treated with disrespect I've sold plenty here I've received a few low ball offers and with that I keep my items I buy storages and different lots I also sell on ebay , it's about supply and demand and it's a business so they have to make money as well so if you don't like the business don't go point blank 😉

It’s 11:03AM on 6/28/2022. Shop doors says opens at 10AM, no one here and locked up. Others have also showed up and left. No holiday today, no note. This was a waste of peoples gas and time.

I am late to the party but Brad is a good guy and you aren't. I have worked for guys like you who freak out over that thinking its a spy for a competitor. The difference here is you did not give brad the time of day or a chance to even show you what he does.. Look at his video. A different shop thanked him for filming as they have sold several guitars from it.

Me and a friend went in to look at some items and the owner of the establishment was extremely rude and questioning us like we were going to steal the junk he has in his store. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant but if the man is the owner he needs a reality check. Take your business elsewhere.

Great customer service. Bought an iPad Air, and an older iPod touch plus jewelry from this location. They always worked with me on the price. There are 2 women that work there that are super nice! I don't normally do pawn shops but this place is different. I've never pawned here so idk about that, but buying things has always been a great experience!
