He draws upon his extensive experience to provide advice and develop strategies for creating strong offers that that keep you, the buyer, in a position to pivot or negotiate in this extremely tough seller’s market. It took me seven months, multiple offers, and a cancelled escrow before I was able to successfully close on a premium property with an offer just slightly above asking. Robert was great! He took the time to explain everything to me until i fully understood all of the numbers. He has interactive programs that make it so simple and easy to do everything that encompasses refinancing from seeing charts showing you all of the rates and all of the numbers that go with that rate, to uploading all of the required documents quickly and easily and even to reviewing and signing the usually overwhelming amount of paperwork.
