Nick took the time to understand my situation and was able to structure a great loan for my family and me. As a CPA I deal with many clients and their lenders who seem at best incompetent when it comes to their knowledge of the client’s tax returns and income sources. My wife and I have owned our home for 12 years. Our equity has increased yearly, but so has our credit card debt. In addition, our line of credit came due 3 months ago. They were all full of great information and talked me through getting the information needed using email and websites. None of his staff ever talked down to me or made me feel uncomfortable while they were instructing me how to proceed. Working with Nick and his staff was never stressful. The terms of the ReFi were exactly as presented 2 months ago. Great company and great people to work with. Even signing all the documents was easy. The notary was amazingly organized and explained what every signature was for. On the scale of 10, I will give them a 10. Amazing to have everything paid off and just have to make the monthly house payment now.
