I am so pleased and fortunate to find Mission Loans to Refinance our home with a great rate. Sam was the first person I spoke to inquiring about the loan. He was very kind and showed nothing other than concern and hopefulness in helping me and my husband save thousands in interest. Sam and Cecilia did a remarkable job together in making this dream happen. They were very personable and easy to talk to through the entire process. We had a great and unbelievable simple experience with the Mission Loans Team. From leadership down to the notary services, everything was professional, competent and service friendly. They were patient and took the time any hour of the day to walk my wife and through the various options and helped us choose what was best for us; not necessarily best for them. They were able to deliver on rates and I am still blown away and impressed with how quickly everything moved What I appreciated the most about Mission Loans was how quickly they responded to my communications. When I called, they would pick up or return calls within the hour. It was not uncommon also to get friendly email reminders of appointments with thorough yet simple step by step guidelines for the process. I can't imagine anything more Chad, Allisa, Ricky, etc could have done to make this experience any more smooth. This was our first refinance, so we had a lot of questions. I figured going with one of the bigger companies would get me a better rate and lower closing costs. I was most definitely wrong. Mission Loans beat so many other agents. I was very thorough on matching lone estimates and they by far were the best. They were so good with their numbers that after reaching out to try and see if anyone could match them they said they just cant beat that. I will most definitely use Mission Loans again and recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to refinance.

I'm usually not one to leave reviews for Mortgage loan companies, but I think Mission loans and their client engagement manager (Brenda Alcaraz especially) deserves one. Their associate Tony Bone was very transparent and honest about the costs involved upfront and gave a good interest rate. When I had issues with logistics on paying off some loans (because of the other loan provider's issues), Brenda was very helpful and coordinated the process for weeks by being responsive and working closely with the title company. This 5 star review is for their transparency, responsiveness and persistence. Thank you!

I recently refinanced with Mission Loans, and I’m so happy I did, best rates out there. I worked with Lindsey and Christy and they both were amazing, easiest refinance ever, it took 3 weeks, those ladies were all over it, both extremely knowledgeable, all my questions and concerns were always addressed within minutes not days, if a call was missed it was returned in a few minutes. I am totally pleased with the process. I will definitely recommend Mission Loans to anyone I know in the market for a loan or refi.

I’m a retired State Farm agent who tried to do a refinance with Mission. First they said everything looked good. Then they needed a survey. I paid for survey and appraisal. Then they changed/lowered the loan amount. They sent 3 different disclosure notices with changes each time. Then they wanted more documents. After finally getting through all this they now last minute they want me to provide them with an additional $21k in cash or assets. Did that and now here they come again with more document requests! That’s the whole reason I’m doing the loan for needed cash. Last minute dropping this on me after 3 months is ridiculous! Update, they read my review, apologized and closed the deal in 7 days! Finally!

I referred my cousin to Mission Loans to refinance his home in CA. My cousin owns three businesses, so he had really difficult self-employment income that did not qualify him for a regular conventional refinance. Mission Loans was able to find a terrific NQM loan product that fit his income criteria and ultimately saved him over $1000 a month! From the first time I started a conversation with Peter Escaross about a refinance, he discussed my concerns and provided detailed information about the refinance. He returned every phone call in a timely manner and replied to every email. Once the loan was forwarded to underwriting, the point of contact was Cecilia Hernandez, and she also was very prompt returning calls and emails and made the process very pleasant. Peter continued to keep me in the loop. I will definitely refer anyone looking to refinance to Mission Loans. They made me feel at ease that they had my best interest in mind.

Alissa was my loan officer and she was just WONDERFUL to work with. She listened, explained things carefully, both verbally and in writing, to someone who is not very financially minded, and was creative and open to suggestions and in the end gave us the best offer of four companies that we contacted. The email system they use also made signing the many documents an easy task to manage.

I was probably one of the oldest clients to refinance my home mortgage with Mission Loans, LLC however confused I got in responding to Mission Loans staff, they were always very willing to help me complete the proper forms and got my funds faster than expected. I cannot say enough good things about how they helped me getting all the documents and information together. If I was not sure about one of their requests or requirements, they walked me through the process and I got my check wired to my bank a head of schedule! I’ve had six mortgages in 50 years and Mission Loans by far did the best job of all of the other five. The entire process from start to finish was easy and seamless. Isaac was helpful and answered all questions. He gave perfect instruction on what documents were needed. Dalia walked through the underwriter process to closure date. Again, seamless and easy to complete. Minor glitch on day of closer due to the notary getting ill at the last minute but they were able to find another one within 30 minutes. From start to finish 2-3 weeks. Amazing job!! Very impressed from start to finish!
