I have refinance my with CashCall several times previously and have been extremely satisfied, that I recommended them to my family and friends. About a month ago I needed to refinance a new home that I recently acquired. I contacted CashCall and spoke with Ryan who was very knowledgeable and provided me with several options. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Then he introduced me to Elaine to process the loan. Elaine worked with me and made the process easy and seamless. I have been speaking with Mr. Ericson Zabat for about a week now about current rates and loan estimates for our new home in Alabama. He has been so responsive and extremely helpful. I have never left a review for anything before but I felt the need to praise Ericson because he has been truly wonderful to work with! Although we did not end up using Cash Call for this loan (hard to beat a home builder’s lender offering cash towards closing), I feel confident that we will be calling Cash Call when we inevitably refinance when (if) the rates go down. Ericson’s quotes were very competitive and he was eager to earn our business without being overbearing. I can’t recommend him and Cash Call enough!

I have been an active real estate salesperson for 45+ years and this is the second refinance that I have done through CashCall Mortgage. In spite of my initiating my application during the holiday season I received excellent and timely service from loan agent Brent Young and the loan processor John Quan and the loan funded right on time. I have referred others to Brent and will continue to do so.

Working with them was a nightmare! At one point I had to submit certain documents three times because they were not sharing them with one another and we're totally disorganized. My repeated experience with Santiago was that he was very insincere and did not honor his word about following up with me. The mortgage processor I was working with, who I understand was later fired, was rude and totally disorganized. When I escalated my case internally, the woman who I dealt with said she would get back to me in a few days but failed to do so I had to keep following up in order to get my mortgage processed in a timely manner. While I was a complicated case, there is no excuse for their poor customer service and disorganization and Santiago's insincerity. He and the other people there must learn that they need to honor their word and follow up when they say they are going to. In the end I got a good rate and got it done but that surely would not have happened if I didn't stay on top of them and keep nudging them, which was totally unacceptable. Don't use these guys! They're all working from home and the right hand repeatedly do not know what the left hand was doing or not doing.

After filing out an online form to refi and getting a million of calls, I decided to go with CashCall because my situation of being self employed was difficult , as most self employed loans are, and Brent, the loan officer, gave me hope that I could refi. He sent to Curtis the processor and between Curtis, who was amazing and on the ball, and Brent and myself, we did it! Due to my situation there was a lot of crossing t's and dotting I's. Curtis made sure the package was perfect with the documentation (which I kmew was important so was also on the ball too getting all checks and statements and everything quickly). He presented the package, they only needed a few more things, then it was a go, and I am funding today. I can't say thank you enough, I got a rate I can live with for the next 30 years while the rates still remain decent, I was afraid I would be stuck in a higher rate forever. They were professional and nice, so I say thank you brent and curtis~! Also, my kids thank you as I can now spend that extra money I was spending on my mortage on my kiddos!

I was satisfied with my transaction to this company. Whatever the loan officer told me when I initially contacted the company never changed. I would do my business again with them next time I refinance. They are reliable and trustworthy; returned phone calls and emails on a timely basis; kept me updated all the way. Richard was excellent at assisting me with my refinancing. He walked me through step by step and also made himself available for all my questions. He would follow up on my behalf whenever a process seemed to have stalled making sure the application was moving. I was also able to reach out to him after the loan was funded with some additional questions and he was kind enough to still provide me answers. My point of contact changed several times. This was aggravating as the communication between CashCall and myself was inconsistent. I would like to have had regular updates even if nothing had changed; however, when I wanted to know where my loan was in the process, I had to call or e-mail. Then it was sort of hit or miss for them to get back to me in a timely manner if at all. Twice I had to include in my message that it was my second or third attempt to get a response. On the positive side, when it came time to close, CashCall was "Johnny on the spot." They were able to accommodate my crazy schedule and even make last minute changes for me.

The best re-finance service I have ever used. Curtis (my processor) went above and beyond, kept in constant contact with me, answered all my calls and questions promptly and "he is the man". The experience i had was above and beyond anything received from other mortgage companies I’ve dealt with in the past. It’s very important from start to finish to be up front with anything and everything along with keeping a customer in the loop. Both Brent and John made me feel very comfortable with the process and we worked through the so called hurdles that come with refinancing. Initially we had a good experience looking into a refinance at 15-years fixed for 2.99% rate, seemed like we'd be saving a lot of money and too good to be true. Suddenly as we got closer to closing the deal, and our documents were supposed to be sent to the underwriter (mind you - we had all of our documents submitted from our end, the ball was in Cashcall's court for 2 weeks), they suddenly started dragging their feet and nit-picking over details of documents. It turns out this was to delay our process as our guaranteed locked-in rate expired, they ignored all of our many phone calls and emails - complete silence on their end for days. Then the day after our locked-in rate expired, they emailed us saying as of that day, cashcall was halting all business for 2 weeks. Unbelievable.

Brent (loan agent) and Curtis (loan processor) both deserve a 5 start rating. Closed the refinance in 25 days (of which some were Christmas and new year holidays). Have taken the 1 star for title company they used Boston National (when the disbursement takes 1 - 3 business days, 1 business day i believe is great customer service, but 3 means its just ok and it took 5 days in my case as the 3rd business day was a friday, BNT could have done better...)

NIGHTMARE with CCM. The employees at CCM are misleading, do not have correct information, DO NOT have secured information/website with your personal banking information Vivian Nguyen is inexperienced and does not perform in a professional manner. After working with this insulting, unethical loan officer we financed this mortgage with our money market funds. Her rates went from 3.25% to 5.99% in 1 month. The nightmare continued with loan processor Maricel Exley who could not process any information unless it was highlighted. She could not tell the difference between different banks., she is incompetent in every definition of the word. I repeatedly have he information she lost, misplaced or what I didn't highlight. All of my personal information has been breached. STAY AWAY FROM CCM

OMGoodness people! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE. This company processed my loan for 5K less than it was supposed to be. We found this out on the day of closing; I had to pay that 5K out of my own pocket. They were supposed to collect 15 mos of escrow, but only collected three, which left me without insurance as they transferred my servicing to a company called SPS and they stopped all escrow payments and are completely clueless as to what is going on with my escrow account. I have had to pay another 5K in insurance out of my own pocket. 10K later, Sally Berverena, the loan agent, finally admitted they missed it during processing, but so did the title company, Member's Title, who was supposed to collect the insurance at closing, so I guess that makes it ok. Cash Call missed two closing extensions and on the third one, which had no finance contingency, my realtor had to threaten them to get them to close on time or I would have lost my original 10K deposit. I won't even mention the continued submissions of documents I had previously submitted to Eric Akinyemi, the underwriter. When things go south they will not answer or return phone calls and pretend they cannot send you an email response. This is the worst company I have ever done business with, not to mention the 10K it has cost me out of pocket to keep my loan. Please do not do business with this company. As far as I am concerned they are liars and fraudsters, willing to indulge in questionable practices to keep themselves out of hot water. Be very careful and have lots of reserves if you choose to go with this company!

I just refinanced with Cash Call. It was a great experience! So refreshing to deal with folks that just do what they say. Brent Young was my initial contact and later Mike Bitar finished the loan. I closed within 30 days. I can't recommend this company enough. Friendly, professional and always attentive to my questions through out the process. Give them a try, you won't regret it!
